I remember living in Utah and checking out this guy when he still played at Weber State. He was the top scorer in the country, had killer range and was athletic to boot. He could have been the #1 pick if he had transferred to a bigger school, but he stayed loyal to Weber just like he's stayed loyal to Portland. That's just who he is, like it or not.
