All y'all getting mad saying it's a failure but have you even done research on him? He's a forward/center so definitely can play the back centre role. He is 6'9 as opposed to 6'7 Harrell and this year averages 4.9 rebounds to Trez's 2.8. he also averages 10.7 pts to Trez's 5.8 pts. I'm not saying he's out saviour by any means but he did score 15 and 6 against the Bucks a few days ago and IF and that's a big IF Doc gives him Trez's minutes we get a guy that is taller, puts up double the points and rebounds, can cut, shoot the three and is young and energetic. Business wise it also makes sense because it puts us under the luxury tax and yes like Thybulle he's a free agent this summer but Thybulle was paid triple his salary and was not given minutes by Doc anyway so bound to leave us. Now because McDaniels is going to be a free agent he is going to try to ball out for the rest of the year to earn a contract whether from us or another team so I'd assume that he will play hard to prove himself. Again not saying he is our saviour but an upgrade from Trez and Reed, only time will tell
A lot of differing reports on the trade. I have saw some reports saying the Sixers received 2 2nd round picks along with McDaniels. Then I have seen some where the Hornets are getting those picks.. anybody know the exact deal details ??

Looks like the Sixers will go stronger at the Buyout Market. A much deeper pool this year. Very likely players like Green and Drummond could be available. Would love to have those two back.

im a warriors fan, but tbh, I think Boston has it this year … they are so deep
Boston proved last night why we need & should’ve kept players like Isaiah joe. Instead of using this game as a wake up call playing our biggest competition in the east who we lost to fully healthy, we sit back & trade one player who’s young improving and got his minutes cut by a 37 year old worth 33 million. Not to discredit tucker, but on top of that the fact that morrey didn’t move players like Korkmaz, springer, & house jr keeping essentially the same exact roster when it’s supposed to be “our year” is disappointing to say the least.
