Zion too heavy. His body is going to continue to fail. He should try professional wrestling or something else. He will never survive the grueling NBA schedule without one injury after another.
Basketball gods? Manz is just too big to play how he does. He'll always make annual visits to snap city unless he adapts his body and game to his frame to maintain playing.
If I was zion, I moving forward, would first be in search of a specialist team, a team that knows all the legal ways of literally everything, by his diet, to special workouts to get to perfect weight and strength to allow him to be him, but to prevent as many injuries as possible, I would hire someone to know how to strengthen my foot muscles to ankle on up and focusing on target areas, ligaments and joints included, idc if it cost me 10million just to use as an exaggeration, if I wanted my career to last much longer, cause what we do know is what he's been doing isn't working, there's to much science and engineering to not have every single piece of equipment, or they have money design something specific even and use it, become a science experiment and play hopefully another 15 years it would be incredibly depressing day if he had to retire anytime soon cause if he's healthy, he legit could be lifetime player, where he's known as the first zion, and isn't compared to anyone else, he's a special player, incredibly efficient, dominant and explosive, rare ppl have those things
Zion needs to shut it down for the season, find the best kinesthesiologists and nutritionists, the best rehabbers, and the best sports yoga experts and work all off season on perfecting his body and getting as flexible and limber as possible
it's sad that Zion has these issues. There has been plenty of great players whose career ended early because of injuries. While I hope this is not Zion's fate it's hard to ignore. When he returned after his foot injury every time he jumped I cringed.
I think we all look for someone to blame when player has so much "potential " …remember how Penny & Grant Williams just faded away after injuries..but they were at least dominant in their 1st 1-5 yrs..Vince Carter was a alien..but he eventually came back down to earth because of injuries..he did play for dam near 20..but he always took care of his body..Zion starting to look like Greg Oden..it's OK ppl ..shit happens
Zion will always carry injuries. Rigs like his rarely have 45 inch verticals in them. You can be a freak of nature in performance and Joe Average with injuries at the same time.
Just think where the Lakers would be if they kept Ingram and made a trade for Derozen as it was heavily rumored. But of course, Lebron vetoed both those moves.

I doubt he pulled it. I'm all in that it tore and they can't be like yeah we extended a guy who won't play 40 games ever again in a season.

we all knew Zion would be injury prone before he set foot in the NBA…

Zion=Glass Cannon
He's too big for his athleticism!….
He still has time to be healthy cause he's starting out like Joel Embiid so I wouldn't be worried he is young

I love Zi but Ja would have been the more practical pick.

You "know" Josh Richardson can consistently knock down threes? 😂 That is some grade A cope.
He has to shed 30 lbs on top of what he is/was less weight, less injury.
Ken Griffey Jr of basketball. Coulda been great had injuries not been as close as their shadows.
zion will be back he has a unbreakable will
He’s got this never give up
a long season EXACTLY
JEREMY ??? I do not think soooo
Watch the video by Dr. Sutter on Zion .

Keep the faith my man.

He needs to lose 30 pounds, and keep it off his whole career. Or else, he’ll always be hurt. He may have to go vegan or something

Good kid. Nice guy.
And the smoothie king is cool too.
You already have so you need to lose a lot of weight
Im suprised zion's body lasted as long as it has. Bodies arent meant to be that big and move that way.
Another Greg Odom
There is no reason he NEEDS to dunk as hard as he can and to jump as high as he can in situations where he is wide open.
He should jump as high as he needs to and dunk as hard as he needs to in those situations.
Just an example, but it doesn’t help his team to get himself injured for no reason other than to add a little spice to his dunk.
