If only there were some warning signs that he ran an old, outdated iso- and mid-range heavy offense and had overall poor game management, including adjustments to schemes, especially in clutch-time and late game. Yeesh, this is completely unexpected.

you guys literally warned us. my god he was so bad. I can finally enjoy basketball once we get a new coach who doesn’t run iso all game and does not know when to call timeouts.

Honestly think Nate and Vogel both deserve coaching spots in this league – maybe they should team up together in Detroit or Charlotte or both be assistants somewhere. They’re good at certain things and have their faults but they can coach.
Good defensive coach, but not head coach material in today’s league.
Cant say we didn’t warn them.
I hope he can find someplace as an assistant where he shines. Hopefully on a team with an established head coach.
Can we bring Vogel and McMillian in as assistants to teach our guys how to play defense?
And for one or two nights r/firenate was at peace.
He’s just too old school and can’t adapt to the modern NBA. He is a good coach though and would be best served as a top assistant somewhere.
Though we all know the real problem in ATL (We’re looking directly at you Trae Young).
