What should the Sixers do if they don’t win it all this season?
Waive Harrell
– Sign Will Barton!!!!
– Harrell has a player option for next year
– What can sixers do to get Harrell to accept a Buyout
– or Korkmaz but Korkmaz has a guarenteed $5 million contract for next year so that more difficult to buyout
– or waive Dedmon but I like The combination of Reed & Dedmon as the backup centers.
– I prefer Dedmon over Tony Bradley or Moses Brown bc I want Reed to be main backup with the veteran Dedmon being a big brother vet for Reed
I would start Will Barton at SF & make Tucker come off the bench
– I can't stand Tucker starting anymore

– I really think sixers should talk Harrell into waiving his player option for next year for a Buyout
– I think sixers can still do all these things & it wont affect their luxury tax situation so I think sixers can do these things if Harrell can accept to be bought out
Definitely next off season trade Tobias for a 1st round draft pick and a starting small forward type that can get his own shot. Sixers need more youth and the pick will help . Trade Korkmaz and make a determination on Springer. Start McDaniels at the four spot and make Reed the regular backup center. Problem with Reed is that he's an unrestricted free agent and very well could leave. Try resigning Harden. They have their work cut out this summer.
If James Harden is bout to leave Daryl Morey should facilitate a sign and trade in the off season. As for if it's Championship I say more Conference Final or bust. If we make it that far. I say keep the team the way it is with some adjustments. If we don't blow it up

James Harden is the PG A LOT of championship teams want, a guy who can average 21, 6 and 11 on great efficiency. I think he would be perfect really on the Clippers, Celtics or Lakers

Last year at the trade deadline I really liked getting James for BS but felt like we lost a lil too depth much with Drummond & Curry and the fact they were to be a getting older team with a short window with Harden AND cringed because the trade I REALLY REALLY wanted and probably would have easily landed if it were not for Morey's infatuation with Harden was to get TYRESE HALIBURTON AND possibly Harrison Barmes who Sacramento woulda offered for JUST for BEN!!! And the year Haliburton is having makes me cringe again over what could have been and how young we woulda looked with both Tyrese's and Seth locked up on this team for Embiid's prime!!! Top 5 Worst instant cringe instinct moments that I turned out to dread correctly with the other 4 moves below all time…

RB, If the Sixers aren't ready to win with this roster, then no player on the buy out list will put them over the top. We will be underdogs against either the Celtics or the Bucks.
If Harden leaves without a championship, then we'll have to blow it up next year and trade Embiid for future assets.

I wouldn’t be sorry if Harden leaves. It will show Morey made the wrong Simmons trade. And with Maxey and Melton as starting backcourt we will run a lot more and our pace of play will be where it should be!
I mean he could go to other teams and be successful no doubt. But he’s on a team that just needs a back up center and it’s pretty much a championship level team. I think he would dumb to leave but if we get a star or good pieces screw it.

I still feel Harden is just using Houston to leverage the Sixers. I just can't see why Houston would give him a max deal when their rebuilding. Especially since they just traded away Eric Gordon.
