Tony had no flash to his game when he was here. Just made the kind of plays a center should be making, which is all the sixers need him to do.

I would have taken him over Dedmon. No need now. The best backup we have is still Reed. He’s the only one that can switch and play good D.

– take the financial hit to try to win this year
2. Sign Will Barton to start at SF
– Move Tucker to the bench
– Harris can go back to his normal PF position
3. Waive Dedmon if sixers don't like him
4. Sign Tony Bradley or Moses Brown or different veteran backup center
5. Use Springer at times sparingly to defend guards to help Melton not get too worn out before the Playoffs bc Springer is Defensively NBA ready
