I think Claxton’s effort to improve his FTs, as well as Giannis’, is a dagger to Simmons because either he’s not trying hard enough, in which case he should be criticised, or he just simply can’t make them, in which case he will be criticised. Either way, he ends up on the bad end.

Eh, if he’s getting 15 minutes a game, it won’t be an issue. But Clax is actually a starter and a super important piece, and him getting hacked will be just as bad.

One of the main reasons I think Ben doesn’t care about basketball is the fact that his FT % has been going down year over year for awhile now, and it wasn’t good to begin with. He’s way to dexterous to be shooting sub 50% FT. His injury should not affect his FT shooting to any noticeable degree. This and his absolutely delusional podcast with JJ is why I will continue to say this guy is cooked, and an anchor dragging this team down, and we should have sold for pennies on the dollar if needed to get him and that godawful contract off our books.
