    I’m Detroit and I have a Mac

Were Orlando and we have a Dell

  2. marcusdj813

That tip-in at the buzzer means we get to play that song tonight!

  3. kadynwylie

Shoutout dell. Nice to see a centre complete a put-back after all those bamba fumbles

  4. listening to the pistons commentators was rough but that was a good game

  5. iwillwinandthrow

Reminder: people said Fultz can’t be the winning point guard of the future because he “can’t shoot”. Yet, still, he is our best crunch time player and was doubled multiple times. The Pistons would rather have ANYONE ELSE than Markelle take the winning shot. So much for that narrative, huh?

  6. Detroit is atrocious it should never have been this close

  7. Franz looked so good tonight. Wcj was working his ass off the whole game and deserved that moment. The future looks genuinely promising

  8. Elithekid1

    but i thought… i thought he wasnt a center

Happy to get the win, although it’s crazy how much this team struggles with the damn Pistons. Glad to see Wagner get back to playing well, but Paolo is still painful as hell to watch right now. He’s been flat out bad for over a month now. Not sure what’s going on, but dude needs to pull his head out of his ass.

the 9.69 announcer needs to be a bally announcer man was ECLECTIC

  11. ActApprehensive3271

Hahah!!!!! Cheating refs tried to take that away.

    My takeaway:

    Franz is back!

    Kelle is a great PG

    Paolo still in a slump

Young guys learning to bring a game home

    Defense still aggressive

    Ahhh..and Franz is BACK!

  13. Aspirine001

I remember people comparing Fultz to Payton lol. I know Fultz is still struggling to be an outside treath but Payton didnt have half of his talent

  14. VanREDDIT2019

    Kelle set the defensive tone.

Gotta foul intentionally, rather than letting them take a 3.

    Fun team, great win.

  15. OrlCitySun12

Man it’s a win but this wasn’t exactly the type of win I was hoping for to get that play-in push going

  16. mightymouthcrv

Great team win by the guys…There will be games like this where you have young teams that have nothing to lose that give you more trouble than you anticipated. Great way to tough it out. The future is bright.

  17. mr-puffer-billow

Wendell played like a monster all night on the boards… so fitting he gets that put back for the win.

    Go magic

  18. Master-Nothing3573

Fultz is too layback, he can take over game if he wants to.

  19. MagicN3rd

At this point please give some Bol minutes to Houstan when Paolo is on so we see what better defense and spacing looks like.

I am honestly disappointed with many coaching decisions. Goga should have been in honestly. This game needed alot of adjustments and the coach imo was failing at his job. Players had to rise to a high level to just keep us in it. Mosley really needs to work on his asset management. Bol was a blackhole per usual. Players were sloppy. And the playcalling from the coaches side was terrible multiple ending quarter shots were just isos for Cole or P with little movement. Dell saved us at the end there.

Still its a good win. I like what I am seeing from Markelle. He is ever slowly getting back to his predraft type of style. His shot is getting a bit quicker and falling on occasion but his playmaking and defense is elite. I wouldnt even doubt that he is the best combo passing and defending guard in the league. He also has many tools to score including just being a strong driver with a nice twitch and can finish tricky layups but the shot is the gamechanger and he is ever slowly bringing it back. I truly think Kelle is a franchise center, and needs to get another contract even if this team drafts a Scoot. Kelle is developable and can become the best from his class ( I truly think he can especially if he brings Orlando some rings).

Suggs defense is actually imo getting better. Like he was always a menance but he is now becoming a complete stopper, like he is taking lockdown defender to a new level. Some of the things Suggs did this game defensively imo is truly generational. If he wasnt on Orlando he honestly would have been in All Defense consideration imo. I am still just as high as I was last season and preseason on Suggs. The guy is this team’s future. I think he is a cornerstone type of player that will end up being a deciding force for many postseason victories. The same way I saw Mo.

Franz per usual just elite. He was way more deserving of AS nods from his peers imo than Paolo. Not saying Paolo wasnt historic and was a big reason for this team winning or staying close in those early games but Franz has been steadily getting better with mini slumps here and there but general improvements. Franz had some quick off the dribble shots this game. He was hitting shots while contested. Some time ago I remember reading/researching that Franz was only hitting like upper 20’s % from off the dribble shots and he hit like low 20s when tightly contested from anywhere outside of close range. Franz is going to be a AS, probably by next year.

I am just really disappointed with this coach never putting in Goga. I also dont understand letting Bol/Moe get destroyed and never using Chuma either or even Admiral. Like Bol/Moe experiment has shown to fail long time ago. Neither of the 2 of them are C’s and they only stabilize when they have a real C with them like the few minutes with JI that they didnt absolutely look atrocious. I rather this team try Goga as the starting C (since Dell is not a C imo) until JI is off restriction and then decide who is the starting 5 and the bench 5. Moe imo should be a specialist player splitting time with another specialist type of player like Caleb or Chuma (who can get minutes depending on the other team) while Bol imo is a permanent reserve since I rather Goga/Moe/JI/Chuma/Caleb over Bol.

This coach is just playing favorites and I honestly think its ruining the team’s development also. Once the best players are playing the most minutes, and they are all synergistic with each other, the roles will be defined the games will have easier paths of victory and development will happen naturally. Right now its just chaotic.

Btw, while the whistle was a “bit” one sided, I liked that they gave the game some room and at least not going for real soft calls constantly.

  22. Independent-Impress7

    Kelles 14 felt like 25. He’s such a highlight scorer & passer.
Franz w/ the quiet reliable 20 piece

PBs shot still not falling but his offensive instincts are developing nicely and much better at rebounding. He’s keeping the TOs down. Felt like he’d have 5 per game at the minimum at a point this season.

  23. SpideyUdaman

This is really close. Don’t matter to me, any team can win. Pistons could’ve won, Magic didn’t allow that. Weak teams aren’t really weak, Magic has beem the proof of that.

  24. Loose-Animal7305

Kelle with a +17 in a 2 point win, but him, Dell and others absolutely refused to let Orlando lose tonight, Play-In incoming

  25. OrlCitySun12

Anyone else over Bol Bol at this point? Give Big Chum the minutes I’ll be fine without his one to two good plays a game

  26. jewfro311

Amway was electric tonight, nearly a packed house! Picked a good game to go see the boys

  27. underrated paolo game, shot wasn’t falling but he’s still grabbing boards and fishing assists, love it
