This is a unthoughtful take. Ja missed 2 open floaters outside of the impressive Embid block. Besides that they highlighted Bane open for 3 so that 3 good looks. The problem is they are not clutch this yr as they were last yr. Some of it because they miss Adams setting screens for Ja and some of it is because they miss miss Kyle Anderson who was in the lineup a lot when they closed games it isn’t because of their IQ. It’s easy to say that because their young but nobody wasn’t saying this last season or earlier this season. Give credit to Philly who hit 2 clutch shots. The game was awesome btw.
If the sixers want to beat the boston celtics they need to suit up Mac McClung to the bench unit. The combinantion of Mac McClung and Jalen Mcdaniels is enough to athletically defend boston perimeter players Jalen brown and Jason tatum. Mac McClung has shown that he is athletic enough to be a great on ball defender. Time to give him a chance

The key takeaways were 76ers making shots, hustle plays and Embiid getting timely stops. I need to see more from the bench on both sides of the ball though. The most dominant player that has the better bench will come out of the east this year. Boston is probably the deepest with the best role players in the league. Bucks and Sixers bench is going to be key going into the playoffs.
