The team doesnโt have a lot of solid players. This means it canโt beat teams like celtics, bucks, cavaliers, nuggets, heat grizzlies and a few. Meaning that when the team 3 biggest guys canโt make shots others need to make it. For example: Deni, Delon, Monte, Gaf and Will. They all have the skills to make shots.

How about KP not getting fed after scoring 19 points in the first quarter? (and this is one of many similar scenarios ). Why did you make wholesale substitutions for the second quarter and relinquish a large lead again? So what changes did you make Wes to get the " hot hand" fed again? (It is not a coincidence that KP is on the line shooting free throws more than anyone else.) Wes' explanations are head scratching. What changes did you make to get the team refocused and address the dynamics on the court? He has no idea how to exploit the team's advantages in a given game. Kudos to KP for always answering questions honestly, thoughtfully and with game savvy.
