I’m sorry but is anyone actually surprised?
This game is on Grant and Grant only. It’s a 48 minute game, but when you have a chance to hit ONE SINGLE free throw with .08 seconds remaining to win the game and choke- the game is on you. Simple as that.
I mean, what the fuck are you going to do? Joe called all kinds of timeouts. Had to free throws for the win. Couldn’t get a rebound in the fourth or OT. Just snake bitten right now.
All my homies hate Grant Williams
This team is just addicted to hero ball, especially in clutch time. Way too many missed 3s when we need paint points.
The end game lineup was so sus. Blake was hustling out there, diving for loose balls, going hard for rebounds and yet we have Kornet out there who has no hands, slow feet and his only move is to try and slap the ball at 7’2”.

I’ve done a complete 360 on Grant. 2 years ago I thought he was trash. Last year and the first half of this season I thought he was the next great role player. Now I think he’s trash again. Hope he makes me do a 540.

I have one positive thing to say about this game: we can forget about the first seed now and that means we won’t see Cleveland in the second round…
At some point, the players have to decide if this is fine or if they want to fix it. It’s just that simple. They’re capable of better but they haven’t played like it in a month.
Celtics gonna get knocked out in the first round and deserve it if they keep playing like this
Grant Williams has been awful since the first month or two. Smart is not nearly as effective, and has been so frustrating, and has been outplayed by white and brogdon by far.
Rob Williams is never healthy and playing at 75% all season and it’s not getting better. I’m tired of these 3 being an issue year after year.
At least Smart tries hard, even when it’s to our detriment.
