With Bucks and 76ers winning tonight, the Celtics are suddenly closer to the No. 3 seed (1.5 games up on PHI) than the No. 1 seed (2.5 games back of MIL)

thankfully we have the tiebreaker so that helps but the team’s play recently does not inspire any confidence in being able to keep the 2 seed.

Also to be fair, 2 vs 3 seed ultimately doesnt really matter too much because we’d still have to play one of NYK/MIA/BKN, all of which have given us fits. then Philly right after, which in all honesty I’m less concerned about than the first round matchup. Plus avoiding Cleveland? Not the worst thing in the world.

Does the regular season end today?

For those wondering why Tatum plays so many minutes, this is why….

I’d rather get 3rd. Really don’t wanna face Miami in the first round. We suck against hustling teams.

The seeding doesn’t matter, it’s how we are playing that matters. Right now not so hot but if we are rolling entering the playoffs then seed doesn’t matter

The one seed is great because the way i see it is there are 3 juggernauts in the east. Celts , bucks , 76ers. If we get the 1, the bucks and 76ers have to play each other(probably), and I believe the 6ers can beat the bucks. Which would be good for us because we dominant the 6ers.

Seeding matters. How are we beating mlk last year, is because of home advantage. That said, inwould really prefer this team find how to play consistently and figure out the bad defense .
