Can we please just fucking hold a lead solidly for once when we go up big? Also, Beal has to stop this BS hero ball in the last couple minutes of games. He’s either missing easier shots or turning the ball over. Just way too costly. Execute the fucking two-minute offensive sets. Jesus Christ.

  2. that stretch in the 3rd when Deni came in and we gave up that 15 point lead was what sealed it. Surprise! Deni was -14. he was the worst player on the floor tonight and it wasn’t even close. Brad needed to execute in the clutch but there’s absolutely no fucking way it should have come down to that.

  3. lukebwalls

An absolute gut punch. Legitimately looked so good heading into the 4th.

  4. Solid-Confidence-966

Inverse game for Beal lol. Great defense but a rough 4th quarter on offense

  5. wikkidiwilliam

Brad never fails to torpedo this team in crunch time. It’s just straight up embarrassing for him at this point… not sure what else needs to be said.

  6. Extent_Thick

I’m seeing bad patterns with our head coach and our star player.

  7. kooneecheewah

Deni’s g-league offense makes him unplayable. What a mess.

  8. ksmit111

When porzi and kuz walk after the season is over we will be the new Pistons

  9. apkm1234

Tonight proved more than anything that Kuz and Brad are dumb ball players and KP is the only guy on this team that deserves to get paid.

Before you talking about “team play” through the entire game, take a look at how those guys play when it’s crunch time. They’re absolutely selfish and play dumb ball.

  10. flynnscorruptedmind

All I can do is just take a big sigh at this point lol

  11. Greatwallofjohn

Why do we double so much, feels like we just give up open 3s

  12. DontFeedTheSnake

Whoever invented that “clutch” stat that states Beal is super clutch needs to start watching Wizard games cause his formula is broken.

  13. KingRagerBlade

Bro Brad made some good shots and then some awful awful plays down the stretch. As long as he plays inconsistent like that, we will always be limited as a team. Deni bro holy man literally dude has no confidence in his shot. He keeps bricking that thing and defenders can just sag now. That play at the end was just the cherry on top. I’m sorry but I really have lost confidence that he’ll develop and I never felt that way with Rui but that’s just me. Either way its so frustrating watching a winnable game go away like this. Had to get that off my chest.

  14. wigglemonster

We need to extend Corey Kispert, solid bench role player…..But Deni, my son, your offense has brought shame to Wizards greats like Sir Kwame Brown.

  15. KP shot as many shots than 3 other starters (Kuz/Wright/Gafford) *combined*. Nobody froze him out or denied him shots. Beal just ran out of gas at the end and turned back into a pumpkin.

  16. LesDiablesRouges

It’s so frustrating that Beal is a team player until the game is on the line. Wes needs to address this.

  17. LordTywin83

KP was cookin all game and they don’t throw him the ball. Thanks Beal!

  18. TheBeastman34

You could play a laugh track and a bunch of sound effects from The Flintstones over the last quarter of this game and it would fit so perfectly. We’ve been playing like a bunch of clowns. No ball movement on offense, no rebounding on both ends of the floor, soft defense and above all ZERO confidence. I can’t imagine how nice it must be for Beal to be yucking it up on the court while we lose knowing he can go home and dive into his pool of millions like Scrooge McDuck. Fire the whole team

  19. SelfLoathingWizfan

The Washington Wizards 🤝 the most brutal loss you’ve ever seen

    The Atlanta Hawks 🤝 pushoffs

    *shakes fist at Al Horford*

  20. blitzKriegzzz

    tbh its depressing…

I thought Deni turned a corner after Rui was traded .. he’s looking worse than ever…

Beal .. still playing hero ball with no vision .. when he actually has capable teammates now .. like a bit of self awareness maybe?

Bout to pay Kuzma 30M … and his boneheaded plays

Team aparently also has no depth … like you can’t possibly be playing Taj Gibson minutes .. or have 0 forwards after Deni/Kispert

  21. LesDiablesRouges

I love Deni, but I am tired of two things: his inconsistencies and him whining like a baby when something doesn’t go his away. Fucking nut up bro, you’re an NBA player.

  22. Greatwallofjohn

Kuz in that stretch from the end of the 3rd till he was taken out in the 4th was playing such bad basketball, threw away a big lead in that stretch

  23. Bench lost us the lead our starters put up and WUJ just watched, and Brad can’t close a game (missed free throw, misses layups, until he gets a clutch steal and misses the shot). So frustrating considering KP gave us his best game of the season in the most important game of the season we’ve had

  24. Suicidal_With_Intent

Beal and crew crash and burn in the clutch once again. I hate everything.

  25. LesDiablesRouges

KP is our best player and no one can tell me otherwise.

  26. LesDiablesRouges

Never been a huge fan of Brad being our primary ball handler. Doesn’t have elite handles, nor the high-end agility and passing ability.

  27. indi1988

They got a crucial steal down 115-117 and brad ignores a fast break, sells a layup on trae, Deni with a huge rebound after and just bumbles the game away per usual.

  28. -Johnny_Utah-

*”You get what you fuckin’ deserve!!!” (Joker meme)*

I hope Teddy AOL is happy with this mid as fuck depressing ass team. 🤡 stays 🤡

  29. indi1988

Take a wild guess who leads league in blown 15 point leads this year, hint, it rhymes with Lizards.

  30. If Kuz and KP have an ounce of brains they’re sprinting to sign with a different team in FA. That would leave a top of the lottery team left and would hopefully trigger a blow up/rebuild.

  31. Literally just throwing the ball away all game and then people get mad and blame it on stuff at the end. How about it’s all the damn turnovers the whole fucking game.

  32. Josh Robbins asked WUJ straight up in the post-game if the Brad led offense in the 4th has been too predictable but WUJ doesn’t think so.

  33. Udaman2198

It’s sad that I expect TOs from Bradley Beal at the end of the game. KP gave us a master class today and it’s so infuriating that we still can’t pull out a dub. I noticed a few things…

    – Deni has looked out of sorts, especially after the Detroit game yesterday. He’s constantly whining to refs and complaining, missing WIDE open shots, and not stepping up on D like he used to.

    – I love Gaff and the energy he brings, don’t get me wrong. Wouldn’t have left Detroit with a W if it weren’t for him, but why do I feel like 20% of the plays he gets “hurt” and has to go down and that leads to a bad 5 v 4 against us on defense. I am sure he gets hurt in the moment and I’m not doubting that, but it’s happening way too often those possessions matter when we are losing a game by a single possession.

    – Normalizing rotations during a regular season game is typical, but this was a must-win game. I understand this was a B2B, but I think everyone understands how important this game was for tiebreaker, playoff/play-in seeding, and defending home court. WUJ sat on his hands for 4 minutes at the beginning of the 4th Q and let the Hawks go on a 14-0 run to take the lead. Inexcusable.

    – 20 turnovers. We didn’t even deserve to be in this game with that many TOs. Beal dribbling it off his leg or traveling at the end or Kuzma just dribbling out of bounds. This team is going nowhere if we are getting >15 TOs a game. That is not a “fluke” or credit to the defense – that’s just a lack of discipline and accountability.

    – As a Wizards fan, I don’t even know what I want out of this season. We fight to make playoffs and give our FRP to NYK this year. We miss play-in or lose play-in all together, we get another draft pick in the #10 range and continue on with not hitting on talent (while also risking losing future FRPs). It’s just a lose-lose

  34. lukebwalls

Bro it’s like when I’m sitting on the couch watching the game and feel like I have a better idea of what needs to happen than WUJ, it doesn’t make you feel good, legit felt like he wasn’t subbing KP back in until we were down like ?????

  35. toaster-bath72

Why can’t we just play good flowing basketball in crunch time? Why do we have to force feed these Beal ISO’s? They are ineffective and are extremely predictable.

  36. what does the absence of Rui do to this team? i always thought he had a high ceiling, but he’s been lack luster for the lakers. (although they’ve been missing lebron and their starting point guard)

  37. Shadowbxr

Losing multiple double digit leads in the season is it Tell-tale sign of a bad team, more so bad coaching. Whenever we go up big, these dumbass rotations are put into place and cost us the game. I’m tired of seeing this happen every other game. This game was really important, we could have gone up to the 8th seed with the win.

  38. cswhite101

There is really nothing more disheartening than watching the Wizards in a close game, and seeing Beal take the ball from whoever is playing PG and slowly dribble his ass up the court like it’s a Sunday pick up game. Every close game is another disaster, It’s like watching the Titanic hit the iceberg, only it happens 15-20 times a year.

  39. thricethefun

Bulls are winning right now vs the Nuggets. C’mon baby go Bulls I don’t want the play in.

  40. Shon1021

Man. I was at this game and literally EVERYONE wanted Porzingis to have the ball in his hands he couldn’t miss even if he wanted to! He could’ve had a 50+ game! But Brad was trying these floaters with the whole team collapsing on him just won’t win games. I would’ve force fed Porzingis into the paint or fade and kick out because you know he would’ve been double teamed. Well we get our rematch Friday though.

  41. I Knew We Was Going Lose When Monte Morris’s Came And The Game And 4 Ot With That 2 Unit Just Trunt Tv Off Brah 💯😡🤦🏽‍♂️🔥

  42. drmbrthr

Only watched the highlights. Main thing that stood out to me was lazy defense throughout the entire game by all of our starters. Weak close outs. Bad communication on screens. Not picking up the guy with the ball on a fast break.

How do you shoot 56% and lose?

I agree with all the complaining about iso Beal. But defense is the #1 problem the past 2 weeks.
