  1. Sure players won't ever say the truth, they're just employees and especially in this day and age truth is frowned upon. Players are just pieces in the chessmaster's hands…

  2. Turnovers, poor rebounding, leaving shooters open trying to double Trae, and NOT FEEDING KP IN THE 4TH QUARTER!!!!! Mans shouldโ€™ve had a 50 piece and a W.

  3. If Wes is looking for perfection in every aspect of the game to win, that's unrealistic….it is about focusing on what's working and what has worked given the collective strengths of the team. The biggest wrinkle in the game tonight was Brad's iso game. It started that way and our usual lead in the first quarter was not there… and again at a critical time at the end of the game, the same iso game buried us. This predictability of putting the ball in Beal's hands every game does not serve the team well as our opponents are prepared for it. We had lots of momentum with KPs hot hand…instead the team was given a sleeping pill by watching Brad monopolize the ball. He was not even playing a two man game, pick and roll, with KP. Let's not overlook how our lead and momentum was squandered in the 3rdQ….the rotation put on the floor was not working and adjustments came late.
It's true that this team hasn't played together very long… having a rookie coach that does not think out of the box by not recognizing that the game is about constant adjustments, and fails to fully employ individual player strengths, is not a winning formula. How many times must we see KP score in a big way and then gets minimal touches. How many times have you heard our game commentator, Drew, say "they should go back to feeding KP down low"….it works for us. Why are there set plays only for Brad…..why not for KP and Kuz? Why not demand more ball movement from your players and less dribbling to cut down on turnovers. Frankly this team under Wes lacks the necessary discipline and structure. Another frustrating loss!

  4. Bad coaching. The good thing is that the three can score in a game more than 20 points. We cannot put all trust on those 3 โ€˜cause the opponents know them a lot. They know theyโ€™re difficult to guard so they minimise their shots to keep them under control. The question is who can rely on them. Delon is ok, Kispert is doing a lot and can do better, Gaf is ok, Deni is ok defensively but donโ€™t score a lot heโ€™s one of the players needed to make a lot of shots, Morris and Nunn can score a lot but theyโ€™re not very skillful.

  5. The truth is that the decision has already been made. Beal is still there and heโ€™s still valuable to the team (sad truth). Wiz need to build solid players.

  6. We need to get some perimeter defenders and a back up rebounding big in the off season. This team has potential, just needs to fill some missing holes
