  1. SchmidhuberDidIt

Showed a ton of fight without our closer and without shooting. I don’t feel awful after this L. Just hope JB heals up soon.

Grimes is the real deal though. Been a bit of a struggle this season but he’s built for it.

When we’re fully healthy, I don’t want to see Randle dribble the ball more than twice in the last minute of a game.

  2. Mitch was getting cooked. RJ was trash until the 4th. Rough game

  3. fireassbarz

Know what we battled back without Brunson against a very good kings team (and that was with another awful shooting night), loss hurts but cant really get too mad

  4. gustavomrb

41/26/64 against the best offensive team in the league and lost by 5.

I’m not even mad to be honest. Good things are still there and we ain’t going to shoot this terribly every game.

  5. IndependenceReal365

Ngl I blame this loss on Elfrid Payton

  6. TreSeven

Honestly the fact that we had a chance to win that is impressive, that was one of the ugliest all around shooting nights I’ve watched

  7. All things considered not the worst. Kings are a top-3 seed in the West and great at home so we matched them without Brunson and IQ going 0-10. Great fight to bring it all the way back down 21

Positives – Hart is a fucking monster and Grimes hit some shots

Negatives – Randle and RJ need to find out an offensive plan without Brunson

  8. skenisahen

Just rest Brunson. Playoffs won’t matter without him.

  9. nofapbbby

We’re better than people think we are without Brunson but we would’ve easily won this with him

  10. Fast_Door

They’re my second favorite team for a reason man they’re just like us. Laughingstock for years, finally putting together a decent team and shutting up naysayers. As for us, given how much we didn’t do, I’m glad we only lost by 5. A few more shots fall and we win this game.

  11. First off, thank you TNT for giving us the Finals preview the league needed.

Losing sucks but I guess we can settle this once and for all in June.

  12. lorenzoiscool17

These turnovers by Randle are sooo fucking deflating. I love the guy but that shit is the last thing you need from one of your star guys.

  13. zOmgFishes

This knicks team without JB just reverts to last year. Randle can’t handle the ball. RJ forcing his way to 20+. IQ flip flopping between star guard and bench scrub.

  14. Rj needs 23 shots to get 25 points bro dude is simply not it we need to pack that nigga up he does this all the time wtf

  15. DuckDucks

Every knick did at least one super annoying thing at the end

  16. Randle looks like a different player w/o Brunson. Need our MVP back. Effort was great all game on rebounds, but our lack of shotmakers really got exposed

  17. JonnySports

*loses to the 2 seed in the west on the road by 5 without our best player*

this sub: HOLY SHIT THIS TEAM IS FUCKING GARBAGE

  18. BabyMangoDragon

Who even wants to live in Sacramento?!

  19. Just2GetBy

How many times do I have to watch Randle turn the ball over in the clutch? Get the ball out of this guys hands.

  20. Whatever. Sometimes your shots don’t go in. Move on to the next one.

That said, I’m getting pretty tired of Barrett consistently putting up as many shots as points (and no defense, rebounding, or passing to make up for it)

  21. adnanistheogfam

Kings are not a scrubs, they’re a two seed in mid march; they’re fr. We put up a fight, but you can’t win games in this league with our shooting numbers tn. I think we win this game if we have a HEALTHY Brunson. Mainly because of what he’s able to do in the clutch/ 4th

  22. theamanx8

Tough loss and disastrous games from IQ and Randle but this team has so much grit. Hart was a monster tonight but it’s not surprising anymore

  23. Even with RJ and Randle having rough shooting nights, and Mitch being mid, and IQ being dog shit, this was a winnable game if we hit some god damned free throws.

  24. LargeKitchenJedi

Why is the last minute play always inbound to randle and have him turn it over

  25. Missed free throws really is a massive problem!!

  26. Uniquely_structured1

Not putting Mitch in at about 5 mins left is just insane to me, respect to Hartenstein but Mitch clearly was the person to go to even with the fouls

Terrible shooting night from everyone especially Quick but we came back without our main ball handler so honestly it’s ok, I had us at 50/50 for this game. I think we can win the next 3 especially if Brunson is playing so I’m not really worried.

  27. NoScopeMusical

    – This ain’t the same old Kings. They’re not a walkover team anymore.
    – Barrett was good in the 2nd half. Grimes & Brunson were great too. Randle did well for the most part. Losing Jalen Brunson at the half was **brutal.** He does so much and was sorely missed, especially in crunch time. The Randle iso turnover cost us the game. No Brunson in clutch time was tough.
    – Mike Brown should be a shoo-in for Coach of the Year. He’s turned Sacramento around in just one season. The Kings are one of the best teams in the league. When was the last time you could say that? 2003? That fanbase deserves success. The 16-year playoff drought is about to end.

  28. The_Notorious_Donut

Can’t believe I stayed up late to watch this shit.

I mean I’m unemployed and usually binging til 2 AM but still

  29. aldrinjaysac

    GG Knicks bros.

That was the 2023 Finals preview, the world just doesn’t know it yet.

    See y’all in June 🫡😎

  30. asapfetty

5 point loss in a game where we missed 37 3s and 11 FTs.

This team needs to stay in the gym shooting all road trip

  31. lemonchocolate

Randle really should not be handling the ball at the end of games especially because the defense collapses. The dude can’t handle the hall at all. Even the game winning shot against Miami he lost the ball like 3 times.

  32. Pandaborg123

    Kings fan here

It’s still fuck Trae young over these parts🤝

  33. elliottsmithhh

21 offensive rebounds-14 second chance points. Not gonna win to many games like that. Oh well, Josh hart is still that guy

  34. Anyone else want to see if DRose has anything in the tank while Brunson is out?

  35. wizardofweird

Would love to have Sabonis on this team

  36. ractivator

Hot take – IQ is playing like shit, JB is out second half, deuce can’t shoot, we need someone to spark the offense while down double digits to a great team can we like idk use Derrick Rose? In limited spurts he’s still effective. He’s rested up. He’s healthy. Then, why didnt we leave grimes who hit some shots and was finally in a rhythm in the game but instead we leave quickley who was 0/10 at that point?

Out of the good coaches in the league, Thibs has always been the worst in game adjustment coach.

  37. Kings fan here: will you teach us how to do that whole offense rebound thing?! You guys are monsters. Feel lucky to get the w truthfully
