Tough blow, but this team has managed pretty well all things considered. Hopefully we see a bounce back win (and some revenge on the Clips)
Damn, this is not good news, honestly, for his prospects to play in the near future. It’s tough because you’d like to think the injury isn’t too serious, but there are ominous signs here.
Let’s go Sims. Time to step up.
We can rest JB till playoffs. Don’t rush it man. I don’t know why Erwin wanted him to play. I need to have a talk with him.
Doesn’t seem like we’re gonna catch the 4th seed and almost locked into the 5th seed. Which I’m fine with. Rest jalen until he’s fully healthy. Lose the battle to win the war
Randle just needs to relax and not force
Sit Brunson as long as he needs. The ankle is one thing, but if you’re forcing him to compensate/find stability elsewhere (i.e. knee, hip) that’s when more serious stuff can happen. As far as the center rotation goes, I think this was as good a situation we’ve had as far as I can remember – an established starter, backup who accepts his role (Hartenstein), and a prospect big who is capable of playing starters minutes and is just as even keeled with a DNP.
Really mad tbey rushed Brun back.
