Not even gonna lie if this org wants to win more championships with Steph in his prime the move is to trade jp re-sign Draymond and get this dude a decent contract and sign another decent center with the cap space. Poole is literally a liability off the bench for some reason and there is no chance he starts over Steph any time soon.

I still think Poole is going to be better in the future. He’s still only 23 years old. Steph was 23 years old in the 2011-2012 season and was still dealing with bum ankles, averaging 14 pts, playing a lot of losing basketball with Monta Ellis, and still trying to establish himself as an impact player.
Is there a way to sign DD to a deal this off-season? He is a true Warrior and what they need defensively. Can Steph restructure to make room for DD? Prob not with Klay and DG contracts coming up, but one can only hope.

Poole can do some things that DDV cannot, when Steph is not in the game. However there’s no reason for Steph and JP to be on the court together for significant minutes.
Unfortunately JP has major yips right now and we can’t give him extra time to play out of it. Get Kuminga (and Wiggs?) back and I think JP plays ~20 mpg rest of the year.
