I’m not nearly as negative towards BI as many people right now. I’d much rather most games have multiple guys eating like tonight.
But bruh. **He needs to play this Lakers game**. Point blank man. I don’t care if he plays 5 mins and starts limping, suit up and be out there. Would be so damn disappointed if he doesn’t at least try.

Regardless of how the season ends this game proves we need to use Trey in a more featured role and he should be shooting almost 10-12 threes a night considering our issues at that area

Obviously the season overall has still been a disappointment, but anyone else feel it’s not totally lost yet? Like we legit still have one of the easiest schedules remaining, and the play-ins or playoffs are not till at least a month or more away–not unheard of if we could Zion back by then. Plus I think we really are going to make the play-ins, the Jazz who are ahead of us have literally the toughest schedule in the whole league remaining, Timberwolves have tough one too and have been looking bad lately. Plus I don’t really see the Thunder or Blazers catching us, I think with healthy BI we are definitely better than OKC.

Good to see Trey being aggressive, creating opportunities for open shots. Hopefully this is the beginning of the light coming on for him. Kudos to Herb. Best game he’s played in a long time. He set the tone on defense from the beginning, and had a good offensive game. Glad we were able to rest starters in the fourth quarter to get ready for the Lakers. With hindsight, probably good that BI sat out tonight, but he really needs to be on the court Tuesday night. This game against the Lakers is too important. CJ, Jonas, Larry have been playing through injuries all season. It’s time to step up.
