I'd classify Westbrook's first half performance against Golden State was just fine and awful in second half, also mid vs Toronto and awful again vs the Knicks

The clippers are a disgrace
Kawhi is the GOAT if he can win with Westbrook. Not even Lebron can win with that anchor. Imagine if Laurence Frank had done his job and got Tyus Jones for Kennard. A real PG that can actually shoot and defend and doesn't turn over the ball would have been perfect for the Clippers.

Morris doesn’t get a lot of rebounds for a PF, and I don’t see him boxing out much either — so the rebounding argument is like you said, he plays with the starters
