That was a pathetic first half as nobody was playing defense. But in the second half Okongwu became a rebounding machine and gave us many second chances so I like what I saw from him. But overall a poor defensive performance in the first half.

We got some young eager guys that would love playing if the starters don't want to play defense.
Dejounte was so bad defenitley not great
DeJounte is an inconsistent head case this man needs to get his head right I dunno if he got something going on off the court but he's been trash you know he's got the potential but the more and more time goes by with his inconsistency I keep on doubting him..and I aint just throwing shade at him alone the whole team as a whole just be lacking defensive effort Trae can only do so much the man needs everyone on his page hopefully we can bounce back on Fri vs the warriors

Let's start by saying that John Collins is absolutely a bust. This guy looks scared and intimidated on the floor, when you are in the paint or on the block and you look around for someone to pass to, you should not be in the league. I have never seen five starting pros so timid and passive on one team. They claim to have brought Murray in to help on defense but he gets exposed as much as the rest, and can't hold the ball for nothing. This roster is in grave danger and consistently inconsistent. They look uninterested in playing basketball and appear as though they have mentally given up the season.
I turned this game on in the 2nd quarter and turned it back off. This was a bad look. Great show again Brad! Your coverage is too notch. 👌

Soft and no heart. Everyone needs to go except Trae, Capela and Big O. I also like Bey. Bogi can’t defend at all. This team is just a mess.
The hawks are soft!! They let trae get slammed….! And did nothing! They get bullied because they are weak and not aggressive AT ALL. I am ready for John collins and hunter and maybe bogi and possibly aj to go!!

Jalen played okay. They called a bunch of really soft fouls on him. And that hurt his minutes. But he passed the ball well, played pretty good defense other than the fouls. He was better than both collins and bey. They were AWFUL.
