What nonsense! By the time the Pistons are ready to compete for a championship this guy will be 32-33 years old. Get it thru your pea brains, the Pistons are 3-4 years away from going for a title. You "immediate gratification" guys don't know how to tell time let alone build a ball club.
No Cam Johnson should not be the top target. No you could not get him at $18 million. The nets are going to match almost anything that is not an overpay. He is a restricted free agent and the Nets don’t have any picks so they cannot afford to tank. While you are chasing a restricted free agent pipe dream the best unrestricted free agents who could help you will get deals.
Imagine the driving lanes Cam would help create for Cade & Ivey…..
