Denver downturn typical of Jokic era Nuggets. They don't play their best unless they're up against it. This year has been the anomaly. The slump started literally in the game after they supposedly clinched the west. Frustrating for Nuggets fans but if you like drama this is the team for you. Joker is the ultimate against all odds superstar and Murray and Malone have that same underdog mentality. Murray unfortunately can't shut it off even when he's hurt and can't play. His injuries cost the Nuggets a shot the last 2 years and it looks like his fragility may cost them a chance for a 3rd time. Not sure I've ever seen a single player's injuries cost a potential contender 3 years in a row. NugLife.
