Hayes should be starting.
He let the lakers go on a 14-0 run TO START THE GAME before he called TO. I dont want to hear anything from him about the players being discouraged when he sat back and let it happen.
It definitely does start with you.
Ingram should've gotten/shot the ball at least 3 possessions in a row to start the game (just like LA did with AD) to set the tone & Ingram should bring the ball up a lot more to put pressure on the defense & create open shots. Willie gotta do better

Yes inconsistency is one problem but the pelicans don't have enough talent in the frontcourt other than Brandon Ingram and Larry Nance Jr the pelicans don't have enough size ,Atlanticism and talent at that position putting valanciunas on Anthony Davis was a big mistake because valanciunas lack speed and athleticism last year you made a good run in the playoff by putting jaxson Hayes at the power forward along with valanciunas at the center they gave you size and athleticism to compete on the defensive side of the Court jaxson Hayes is not a good offensive player but he compliments valanciunas my advice you might want to play jaxson Hayes at the power forward along with valanciunas at the center position to give you some defense or help
