My absolute favorite thing about the rivalry is Warriors fans and players simply denying it’s a rivalry. Even by their own definition it’s a rivalry, but they just change the facts to fit the narrative. It’s silly, and only shows how much it bothers them, and that’s the best part. It’s actually so much better than if they would just admit that it’s a rivalry.

This has actually been longer than 4 years going back to the grit and grind grizzlies they were always the team that knew how to make the warriors play uncomfortable

I think it’s dumb this conversation gets as opinionated and emotional as it does. Who cares what it’s labeled I just love how these games bring the best out of the players and everyone of these games feel like a playoff game

If it’s not a rivalry then why are all the Memphis-based Warriors fans paying $200 for a 200 Level Section? I just wanted to go a basketball game after the soccer game but they are paying a lot to act like it’s a normal game.

The Warriors will do everything they can not to lose this game to save face. I don’t know what is special about the word rivalry but it’s very important to them and their fans not to lose 🤔
