    they're telling us it was a really close game. They're telling us that the Blazers still have a decent chance to the playoffs. I feel like the Portland's aggressive positivity PR campaign is punking Blazer fans right now.

    What about a possible trade down with Houston? Say 2/3 to 5th where the Rockets send you the Nets 2024 1st. It's probably too valuable of an asset for Houston to give up, but you could then reroute to Brooklyn for Bridges (& Claxton) and they can actually tank next year. Getting their pick back in a deal like this could be worth multiple firsts.

    I agree that Sharpe’s trade value is probably much lower than it should be, so i don’t wanna get rid of him if at all possible.

    Do you think it’s possible we could get Mikal and Bam for a package including Ant, Nurk, #2 pick, maybe 2 future firsts, and salary filler (Nas, Keon, Knox)? A starting lineup of Dame Mikal Jerami and Bam would be insane. Maybe throw in Matisse to have an elite defense to pair with Dame’s offense. Sharpe and Cam off the bench plus whoever else we can get in the offseason, and/or whoever pans out between Watford Walker and Winslow. Mikal and Dame are friends, and Bam was teammates with Dame and Grant in Tokyo. Mikal and Bam are young enough to fit a future timeline too. I’d be willing to overpay for a lineup like that

    Olshey was fired because he doesn't want to pay dame 60+ mil a year but instead want to pay more to other players like Powell and CJ to help him win. Cronin will pay dame but was instructed to not pay anyone else, while keeping a charade that they are still trying to win. This is purely an economic decision to be most profitable for the organization near risk-free.
