Coach Vaughn is a great coach — the Nets were way behind today but they came back, never gave up and almost pulled it out. Nets would have won this game if they scored more points in the paint and took less then the 35 three point shots they took and missed 65 percent of them — this is the big mistake many teams make — they take way too many three point shots — if a team focuses on scoring points in the paint, high percentage two point shots at the rim then they could win most games — the Nuggets scored ten more points in the paint today and that is why they won – barely by 6 points
This was a coaching issue today. He needs to make subs quicker. Cam Johnson was off and he kept him in.
