Team played well, Curry and Klay were just too much in the 4th

    Shoutout the rooks

  2. PreacherOfPositivity

TARI EASON IS A HOUSTON ROCKET!!!

  3. TheAfroGod

optimal game for the season, close loss and hard effort. soon…

  4. just outmatched when it comes to dubs, better shooting and our defense has no shot of keeping up with them for 4 quarters. Lot of dribble dribble shoot today as well from the backcourt

  5. _s0lace_

Bari and Tari were worth the watch

KPJ & Nix is the worse point guard tandem I’ve ever seen in Rocket uniforms. This game was close for 2+ quarters despite KPJ putting up a stinker in the 1st half.

Worse of all is just how bad our system looks. Bunch of iso and tough shots. Oh well, only 10 games left or something

Also did anybody catch Tilman rattling off the players he was excited about for the future? Jabari, Jalen, Sengun, and Tari. The experimentation is almost over

  6. BigDough99

As much as it sucks to lose to the bum Warriors Bari and Tari played great. Turnovers killed us

  7. AdmirableRise3758

Tari out here playin basketball fr

  8. venitienne

    **Tari is him.**

Also what’s with the minutes distribution? Jalen playing 40 a game like we’re hardcore trying to win games.

  9. Acceptable_Ganache51

Tari should be starting fs, there’s no real argument to have KJ getting more minutes than him.

I get it you all like dunks but that doesn’t win you games, need more from your starting 3 than dunks

  10. IDontCareForCats

Which veteran PG’s are on the market this summer? Literally anything would help.

  11. Bulky_Insurance8991

    KPJ with a sensational 4/15 – 26.7% shooting. And 5 turnovers. Jalen with 7/19 – 36.8% and also 5 TOs

  12. kopite008

Shameless tanking getting Nix onto the court as soon as we got the lead in 3rd

  13. RandomDoctor

You know it’s bad when Anthony lamb outshines half your team. +8

  14. It was a good game. Aside from the turnovers by our back court. However saw good effort on both sides of the ball from everyone. Eason was killing it out there. I don’t know how we don’t see both Smith and Eason on some All Rookie teams

  15. lbj11345

Tari has gotta start, he and jabari just fit so well together especially since tari’s shot is better than expected. I understand KJM has been possibly our most consistent player but he doesn’t have the same ceiling

  16. TheShamanOfHtown

Ugly game, shout out Tari and Jabari. We missed Sengün’s creation and post scoring a bunch. Obligatory fuck the Warriors. They are the reason I am ded inside.

We were playing decent for the first 3 quarters, then began to slowly give the game away. No one really got it going offensively, just scoring here and there.

It’s weird watching one of our guys build up a rhythm, and then the team just collectively decides to not go through them anymore.

Daishen Nix was in the game a little more than I wanted to see him. Unlike most, I can tolerate him; but no more than 5 minutes of play please. I’d rather see TyTy minutes prioritized over Nix’s.

Jabari had a couple key defensive plays, but Tari was a beast in them passing lanes. The whole team did well at being busy with their hands, but Peso was definitely the man tonight.

Rough game for KPJ — 26.7 FG% and 30.0 3P% and Jalen Green wasn’t much better. Jabari was the only player with a positive +/-

  18. pyrotech_support

Both teams played poorly. They hit more 3’s than us and we were better with hustle plays.

Jabari and Tari were solid. Really encouraged by the development in Jabari’s inside game; he’s not just a shooter, he can do some dirty work.

KPJ is simultaneously our most skilled basketball player and a really destructive decision maker.

It’s not like he doesn’t see the decisions, he just chooses to make unacceptably selfish ones constantly, and nobody can tell him he’s wrong because he is better than they are.

There were at least 3-4 trips down in the first half where KPJ dribbled it up against a set defense, never passed, and just took a three or long two. Even if it’s an ok efficiency shot, you just can’t do that. Just a negative play for what our team is trying to accomplish. Can’t have zero pass possessions.

  19. Jolly-Refrigerator77

Tari was our best player tonight. FOUR STEALS?!
