Who is the most to blame for the Mavs loss to the Grizzlies?
Obviously Kidd. He took out Hardy who had 20 points already for no reason. Wood was cooking effortlessly. But nooo let’s give Bullock and co 30 minutes plus. Just look at all the boards Memphis got in the 4th. This shit don’t surprise me any more. We got zero rim protection/defensive. A team will always get a many offensive boards against us. We got locked up and lost. Same old same old
What a painfull loss after playing great for 3 quarters and leading by 16 in the 3rd and then just a collapse in the 4th 🙆♂🤦♂ Pity pity pity, such a wasted opportunity, but we've seen this movie too many times this season 💩💩

Excited for Hardy because he’s clearly talented… and now he can learn from Kyrie— a similar build and iso type player. If Kyrie stays long term, watch Hardy turn into a superstar
Kidd likes to not call timeout for "growth" reasons. Man is about to grow us out of the playoffs
The team gets out-hustled on an almost nightly basis. The mental toughness isn't there. The lack of good coaching is evident. And there are only 3, maybe 3 and a half legitimate shot creators, and one of them has been on the bench for 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, the team is built around one guy creating open shots for other people whose only talent is making catch and shoot shots. And when that guy is on the bench, every game is in jeopardy.
Hard to hold a lead when you can't score/get easy buckets and finish off possessions with defensive rebounds. Grizzlies aren't a good half court offense but if you give every team multiple cracks at it, eventually you're gonna get burned. They hit some tough shots, we couldn't buy a bucket in the 4th. Case closed.
Don’t know about that question. I just stopped watching the games. I just look for the game results afterwards as of late. The team is unbearable to watch right now. However, this season I’ve most disappointed from JKidd. I was in his bandwagon last season but analyzing the criticism coming his way objectively, many of it is warranted. I know many of it is the same criticism many brought up last season but the winning by the team clouded our eyes, or at least mine.
Heartbreaking for both KAI & Hardy who both played amazing and suffered injuries for their efforts. That game against the Warriors looking scary without potentially KAI, Luka & Hardy. Not gonna go too hard on Green, he’s stepped up a level this season, but obviously still has more improvement to come. Kidd has gotta be smarter with TOs, make adjustments to lineups so players know their roles in different rotations.
The reason we losing is y’all WON’T look at the standings. Luka could’ve made the finals if they were a top seed

Last year's Mavs team would have easily been top 2 this year and obviously a potential championship series in reach. Such a disappointing season. I don't get how the team is night and day from last year. I agree Kidd needs to go.
Kidd is the reason they lose the game, Dude wants to play Kyrie until his last breath. Kyrie looks exhausted in the 4th. What should he have done, is rest Kyrie during the start of the 4th when they have the lead. Also, I don’t get the 2 bigs lineup, if you watch Dallas during Kyrie’s first games without Luka, what they did is they play fast. So if you have 2 bigs then you can’t run. So pls send this comment to Kidd, I want to know, what is his purpose for a 2 big lineup??
Dallas GM gutted his team for kyrie — so far the trade is a huge success for the Nets and a total failure for the .500 Mavs — they have lost far more games then they have won since the drama distraction queen kyrie irving came to Dallas – go ahead Cuban give that creep a max deal and that will be the last you see of him except every other week when paychecks are handed out
I remember seeing Frank in the game thinking WTF, then noticed Hardy was playing as well, what was that about? After Ky got hurt, I don't think he should of played the minutes in the 3rd, leave him out til the 4th if you need him. Tough loss.
Kidd for not having an offense or plan in 4th all season long. Over and over the same conversation. Players dont have a plan coach has no plan.
Kleber only 2 in 33 minutes, Bullock only 7 in 31 minutes, Green only 12 in 34 minutes, THJ only 2 in 25 minutes, and after that really stupid Mavs fans blame Irving, Wood, and Powell. This Mavs team has fired many of those inconsistent players and their head coach, MG, owner, and all those stupid fans as well !!!! 😂

Well, it wasn't Kyrie's or Hardy's fault, thats for sure. Defense is on the coach, and the Mavs suck.
Kidd is not a good coach. He is great to get players together and start the right trend for a new team but they are never going to reach the next level without a real coach.

It was so obvious that irving was not able to play the fourth, yet kidd changed nothing. Hardy should have played. He shows the confidence to become a clutch killer. Let him get used to it.

Why do we have to “blame” someone? The TEAM shot 3-21 in the 4th. That’s why they lost.
It all falls back on Cuban. He is the one that makes all of the final decisions. I don't like Kidd as a head coach, but to his credit, he was trying to get Brunson paid last year, but Cuban wasn't listening. Ask yourself this, would the Mavericks be better with Brunson or Kyrie in there? The answer is obvious. Dinwiddie was actually playing his butt off, and the Mavs traded him away (with a lot more) for a part time, temporary guy that plays absolutely no defense.

I think another reason to blame is Kidd on the fact he took out Jaden Hardy and never subbed him back in the 4th, the man was cookin!

I was there live kyrie looked a bit tired in 4th but still had Grizzlies on skates. Coach Kidd refused to call timeouts tho gotta blame him before kyrie or the other players. They all played hard especially Hardy. Hardaway on the other hand, smh no comment

Kidd should've called a timeout after the first 4-6pts to stop their momentum. It's like he doesn't know what happens when a team starts getting hot. Hardy should've been put back in since Kai was cold
Looked so stable for the first three quarters, can't understand what happened in the fourth quarter, I mean it was so winnable, we had chance after chance after chance to take back the lead but just couldn't score, I started to wonder if their basket was cursed or something in the fourth quarter.
In my Opinion, JKidd is to blame due to poor rotation. Hardy did not came back and they are losing because of offensive rebounds.

#2 is roster construction, Dallas has historically been one of the worst drafting teams in the NBA while not being a FA destination. It’s crushing them.
