I posted this in the blazers sub complaining about how we’re still just as shit even after tanking all last year and saw that y’all have the same exact record (except you guys actually have hope for the future)

I guess factoring no experienced vets (Wood, Dennis, Theis, Gordon partially, etc.) w/e/o Boban, it’s a real improvement! Esp. the last few games!

For the millionth time, we are looking to tank for the top pick again y’all. (Also directed at some of the other comments). 10 games to go and y’all still acting like the 10 seed is our ultimate goal.

“I don’t wanna be last again, I want our guys to improve” – yea and the last winning stretch we had proved that our players never lost a step, we are just are hardcore tanking.

We are hardcore tanking because this is our last year with our own pick. We are going to try and get the best pick possible, the last year we own our own pick. Also kinda sucks, but it’s the situation – Wemby is the best #1 pick in the last three drafts by far.

Like it or not – that is the goal, that is what the FO is trying to achieve. **Get on board the tank train, or come back in October. Because it’s leaving with or without you.**

edit: go Rockets, and never stop believing in the team/our players. We got a special squad, and we’ll prove it when the timeline matches.

I’m loling at the Lakers being four games better than last season but out of the play-in.

I’m sure everyone at the beginning of the season predicted the Thunder and Jazz potentially knocking LeBron out of the playoffs.

Where my strength of schedule crew at?

As much as people didn’t want to admit it Christian Wood was our best player last year

  7. hornet04

So Christian Wood made literally NO difference? Or our team grew to a point to make up for what we lost in him?

From a glass half full perspective, that actually not bad. The Ringer is constantly raving about how great he is.

  8. A shame we couldn’t drag GSW down last night. They are fighting to stay out of the play in scrum

Honestly impressive given that we traded our leading scorer and another starter for basically 0 rotation pieces.

I’ve seen more improvement as a team the past few weeks then the past few years combined. Yeah our players look more like NBA players individually and look like they finally growing up. But even in our losses since the all star break we’ve been able to come back from down 15. We don’t dwell on every little thing. Guys aren’t so damn cliquish and help eachother up. I used to stop watching because the game pissed me off. Now I stop watching because I’m not worried about their performance.

  11. We’re practically guaranteed 1 to 2 more wins against Charlotte and Detroit.
