I don’t think everybody’s tripping over themselves to move the guy, it’s just realistic. To get JB we’re gonna have to give up talent, this wouldn’t be a trade for a ham sandwich and a 2RP. And I think the fanbase in general only has Trae as untouchable.

Jaylen Brown is a multi time all star All NBA tier talent that plays ferocious defense and can score on all three levels. I love that we have Murray, I don’t want to lose Murray…but it would take an enormous haul for Boston to even pick up the phone. Brown was in discussion to move for a disgruntled Durant, that’s the level we’re talking here.
It’d be Murray and then (a lot of) some.

If we did trade Dejounte for Jaylen, we’d have to give more than just Dejounte. Wether it’s draft picks, players, we’d have to give up a pretty decent chunk to get Jaylen. My main reason for wanting to keep Dejounte is that I just bought his Jersey, and I don’t want to see him go so soon.

I wouldn’t and I’ll try everything to not give him up but if it came down to onyeka , AJ or dejounte I’ll probably have to give up DJ .. best case scenario he request out with that + him only having one year left on his deal this summer we can get him for slightly less than full value …
I’m thinking something like Dre , collins, a first(s) for JB & gallo ? (Makes money work)
Or something a little more complicated like Dre , collins , 23 first or 24 kings first whichever is more attractive , ship clint out for a first & send that pick to Boston ( 3 team deal) (hopefully he can still fetch a first) .. probably all just wishful thinking but hopefully we can make something work & maybe get a home town discount lol
