  1. well they dont call him “The Truth” for nothing

  2. Every single one of our players would struggle if they left the nuggets. Even Murray. All of them benefit from having Jokic on the team. Look at Will Barton. He shot league average efficiency playing with Jokic…. now that he is not on the Nuggets…. it turns out he one of the worst scorers in the NBA and Jokic was inflating his scoring this entire time. Barton can’t get minutes on the Wizards and Raptor fans want nothing to do with him.

I have a feeling this is true will ALL OF OUR PLAYERS. Murray’s TS% is 56% for his career…. Is he actually that good? or is his True Shooting closer to 52% if he didn’t play with Jokic? Remember Murray missed his first 15-18 shots when he came into the NBA in a bench role without Jokic. I know that was a long time ago but seeing everyone Struggle when they don’t have Jokic. It makes you think. Did Jokic’s greatness get Murray a max contract?

But even if that theory is true. Nothing can take away what Murray did in the Bubble. He is a Nuggets legend

This is what I don’t get about the mvp debate. Nugs and sixers currently have the same amount of wins but embiid has help from fucking James harden lol

“the worst person you know just made a great point”

  5. Crambulance

The other MVP candidates’ teams still likely make the playoffs without their MVP. We wouldn’t.

To be fair Jamal had a triple double if I remember correctly in that game where he played without Jok. Also, we won those games.

  7. PooInspector

Paul poopy pants Pierce: Jokic is pooping the most pants, while also eating the least Chipotle

  8. tankycarry

It’s simple. Nuggets without Jokic are a bottom dweller. With him they are the best team in the league. While Philly and Milwaukee are churning out wins without their star in the lineup.

He’s not wrong (and there’s a reason they call him the truth)

If I’m being honest tho, from the current narrative and latest polls, MVP ladders, etc. doesn’t look like joker gonna win it this year, and it is what it is for me – not even the copium speaking as I’ve been consistent on this stance for pretty much all year that joker already got 2 MVPs and got nothing more to prove with respect to the individual accolades – main goal and rly the only worthwhile goal now should be competing for a title, and look, if the nuggets end up winning the chip joker will likely end up with the finals MVP and gimme that over a regular season MVP any day of the week (just my take tho)
