I hated dame for like 2 months after that shot, and again when the shoes dropped, but he’s exactly the dude you’d want playing your team, loyal as fuck, secure in his headspace and career. It’s actually a fucking shame they could never get it work. Him and LaMarcus used to scare the fuck out of me.

That’s a crazy stat. I was at a gym in manila in my OKC gear but I was too shy to watch the game. It was just a bit too much for me to handle. I would check in periodically. I went and saw that shot and just fucking died man the whole gym just went quite. Ironically my life was looking good back then until I had a motorbike crash a month after this and OKC fell apart
