This was exactly the type of win we needed.

  2. Come on, we were all shitting our pants in the 1st half.

Nice blowout. We need more of them!

  3. PETEFO55

Read the lips of the Rockets coach when he was talking to Thibs at the end: “I’m trying man…all I got is the Rockets or else I would go somewhere else”

0 fouls from Randle. Looks like he’s meditating again

  6. ryan9699

Really turned it around, hopefully our boys use this blowout to build some more momentum heading into Wednesday. LGK

  7. cesarjulius

pretty much 9 players played well tonight. that’s insane.

  8. Hemispheres33

That Mitch block where he just devoured the ball needed more hype. That was insane.

  9. GullibleDingo7669

quick so good in starts it makes you concerned

  10. spaceninj

Cleveland might catch Philly for the 3 seed.

    – The Knicks had to come out strong tonight, and they did. A convincing blowout win against the worst team in the league.
    – The Knicks had the knack. Immanuel Quickley was fantastic. Career-high 40 points and 9 assists. The best player on the floor tonight. Obi was good, Grimes got hot late, RJ had 19, and Orange Julius had 26.
    – The Rockets are dogshit. A trash team with some very talented young players, but they can’t defend for shit. I hope they give Steve Silas some real talent next season. Interesting to see what they’ll do in the near future.

  12. darthballs91

IQ is 23. He has the potential to end up being an all star in this league. Am I delusional?

  13. retropit

Happy to see Quick playing with that joy and energy he had his rookie year.

    thanks be to god.

  14. Living_Internet_2970

How about a fuckn smile Julius holt fuck

Let’s kill the heat and send em packing

  15. The9thChamber

    Knicks win by 20.

Negative morons on this sub: Wonder what’s going through IQs head sitting next to Randle.

    Miserable fucking morons.

    Great game.

    IQ killed it.

  16. starks3_

    i’m just proud of quick

he got his 40 finally, it was efficient, it was within the flow of the offense, he had 9 assists with it, plus a nasty block

always some bias for homegrown players but really proud of this kid who won us over in a preaseason game against cleveland and continues to grow and blossom

  17. spaceninj

We have 2 more hard games and then 4 easy ones. But if we beat Miami. I think we can stick a fork in them.

  18. Hemispheres33

Feels great seeing IQ blossom. Remember defending him during the height of his shooting struggles where the majority were vehemently declaring he doesn’t have any high level NBA skills.

  19. babyshmuel

    This win solidifies it.

The New York Knicks are your 2023 NBA Champions

  20. theamanx8

This team is just so deep. If our area show up we can hang with any team in the league.

  21. With the Mavs also winning tonight, the Knicks went 2-0 today.

  22. wizardofweird

I’ve been critical of Randle and still am but I’ll admit he turned it around tonight

  23. EwingsRevenge21

I’m very proud of the effort. They didn’t screw around because it was the Rockets. They took it seriously and got the W.

I was happy with the passing, new season assist record if I’m not mistaken. Less iso, more team-ball.

    MRob was a defensive monster.

IQ had a fantastic night, career high scoring and 9 assists.

    McBride blocked a 6’11” dude.

    Randle had a great game.

    RJ played very well.

Grimes was sniping late with good defense.

IHart & JHart continue to play with EXTREME effort. These 2 are playing really gritty hard-nosed basketball. They embody that 90s Knicks style of play and I love it.

  24. Potential_Yogurt4908

julius didn’t get into any arguments tonight 🙂

  25. TapHaunting7779

Rockets pack still potent the 7th time around 🤌

  26. HipnotiK1

the harts back to being big on the plus minus. last few games they were negatives. bench made a big difference.

  27. Struggle2Real

It’s wild how much dumb ish the Rockets pack into 48 minutes. You can see the talent but it is in stark parallel to the bball IQ of a HS intramural team.

  28. GullibleDingo7669

do you guys think Randle/Quick had a longer night than the redditors analyzing their relationship?

  29. NuttySandwiches

I’m never gonna take wins like these for granted. There were so many times in the past when we were the team getting blown out like this.

  30. Randle with a season low 28 min?? Still got 26 pts before letting Obi take over

  31. Anybody else watching this Brunson dinner review with Breen?

Rick seems like a cool dude, he really helps Jalen be the best he can be. Kind of moving…
