He’s going to go down as of the best players in their 20’s to not make the playoffs. Kobe that one year 06?and I can’t think of anybody else recent. It’s a shame. Dirk had this franchise winning 50 games a season with Dampier as his center lol

Kidd needs to go. With our current roster, This team needs an offensive minded coach like MDA to maximize our ability. A team lead by Luka (and now kyrie too) will never be elite defensively, but can be all time great offense with the right coach

He could also break his streak of 1st team all NBA selections. Whatever happens, at minimum he’s going to be on the 2nd team.
But voters aren’t going to put him in the 1st team if he isn’t in the playoffs.

I’m fine with this. This should be a learning lesson that will hopefully help with maturity. This is also a reflection of a lack of defense, both things that Luka will hopefully improve in the off-season that will start in a few weeks for the Mavs….

The media is shaming us to try and make the play in because
1. It’ll be more hilarious and generate content if we get bounced in the tourney or 1st round
2. We lose our draft pick and don’t improve next year, while still being hamstrung by terrible contracts
3. They want Luka to be increasingly dejected with failure that he’d demand out to the Lakers or some other huge market
