Just looked it up and the Spurs have clinched a top 3 lottery position. So they have no incentive to try to lose this game, as there is no odds difference to getting a lower seed than they are currently at.
If they win out, which their remaining schedule is brutal so not likely, but if they did and the Hornets lose out, they would be in a tie. However, the Spurs lost both games to the Hornets, so they lose the tiebreaker and are locked in.
Jazz however have huge incentive to lose. There is still a real shot at getting the 8th spot in the lottery, but a win tonight will almost certainly take that spot out of play.
