Huge games from AD, Dennis and Rui.
Dennis ignited that 2nd half with his defense and Rui did a terrific job on KAT.
AD showed up big time.

Unbelievable defense in the second half. Dennis was a pest, and Rui had KAT in PRISON.
Finally over 0.500 after 446 days, OKC lost, Clippers lost (just icing on the cake). LET’S GOOOO

Dennis doesnt always make the right play, but god damn does he always hustle.
Rui getting more minutes was a game changer, his size alone clearly bothered the wolves and allows AD’s elite help defense to shine.
Great game by both of them tonight.
Lebron with a throwback disasterclass but this squad and AD stepping up massively on both ends of the floor. Rui in particular went huge on defense. Hope that ankle heals up soon for AD, he was the best player on the floor by a huge margin even while injured.
What AD did to KAT/Gobert front court tonight on one ankle should be a felony

Lakers defense is insane. Wolves were up 13 in the 3rd then the lakers turned it on and locked them down the rest of the game. I was really impressed with Dennis and his pesky defense on Conley. Really slowed him down from that hot first half.
Rui looked great on defense as well. Really moved his feet and used his size effectively guarding Kat.
Lebron didn’t shoot well but he controlled the pace of the game so well in that 3rd.
It looked like ad was done for the season for a second there when he sprain his ankle but then he just stayed in the game. Went insane in the fourth to close the game out. He will probably miss the rockets game Sunday and come back Tuesday for the jazz.
Extra thing I noticed is the Minnesota announcers mention how sick the wolves have been. Hopefully it doesn’t transfer to the lakers. All in all great showing from the lakers!
