They didn’t look great, but they looked like they did before Bam’s decline. Got a big lead & then let it go into clutch time, and pulled out the W just like 2/3 the season.
Just weird that Jimmy will feed veteran bigs, but not Bam. Does he not trust Bam?
Also, the defense was still swiss cheese, but they got a few timely steals

Imo just start a big next to bam drop him to the 4 along with Jimmy herro and struss or Martin let Jimmy bam and herro share ball handling duties ppl may like him I not to fond of gabe as a starter fr imo
This win bothered me more than it should have. Jimmy sits against the Raps, plays poorly against the Knicks, and goes crazy for a terrible team in the western conference 11th seeded Dallas Mavericks? So we’ve lost two games to the Knicks and Nets each because Jimmy thought he was too good for the regular season at points in the season where seeding was already starting to matter, but he shows up for an out of the play-in team in the other conference. Even going 5-0 over these last five games wouldn’t mean anything because the best team we play is a Philly team that already has locked the three seed and the rest include Detroit, Orlando, and Washington. I can’t bring myself to root for this team to win a play-in game against the Hawks all because they have a legitimate chance of losing to the Raps or the Bulls.
Can the heat keep it up? No the answer is no. We have so much evidence proving that this will be a one off before they go on an L streak again
I wish Bam and Jimmy could play like this together. Look at the way Cody moves without the ball, eyes always on the player with ball and always heading towards the basket..Bam is always at the 3 point line doing dribble handoff or pick-and-rolls never moving towards the basket. And when Jimmy passes the ball to him, Bam passes it back, unlike Cody, who is taken to the basket. Bam is in love with the inefficient jump shot. Those shots are going in now, but those shots are not reliable.. Bam basketball IQ offensively is very low, and Jimmy doesn't trust his decision on his shot selection
