[Lane] My opinion: do everything you can to win the next 3 if you’re Lakers. Then, if they are locked into a playoff spot heading into the final game, rest LeBron, AD, etc and let the chips fall where they may re 5/6. If there is a possibility of falling into play-in, everyone plays.

  1. I really think they need as much run time as possible going into the playoffs to build chemistry and momentum as a full roster.. if they are healthy I think they should play every game. This is not a team that’s spent a lot of time together.

The next three meaning jazz, clips, Suns?

  3. I agree but that’s a tough 3 games after alot of ball this week too

  4. Solidifying the 6th seed and facing the Kings would be the best route to WCF

How did AD look today? Any signs of the ankle bothering him?

Has anyone considered our roster is so deep even if we rest players we might win anyway?

Don’t overlook the Jazz. That feels like a trap game

I think it’s wild how some people would rather have the Lakers be 7th than the 5th seed.

Agreed. Focus on getting in, then rest the top players and we’ll fight whoever it is. Lets go, LA.

from 2-10 to battling for a top 5 playoff seed. Amazing what quality depth does

Hoping that we get the 6th seed is something only the fans should be hoping for. The players themselves should be focused on playing quality basketball and winning. The chips will fall where they fall

Don’t matter where we end up with.
Bring it on! We no fear nobody.

Rest everyone in the last game.

    Reed

    Christie

    Gabriel

    Lonnie

    Pippen

    Swider

    Bamba as a tune up

    Maybe Brown

    Maybe Beasley

Take care of business and you get a whopping 7-8 days of rest. LFG.

Basketball gods punish teams who try manipulate seedings

Seems like we need to rest DLO more than anyone.
