Seems like a hell of a defender. Why now? Is T-watt getting shut down?
Honestly, this is like the NFL practice squad. You rotate guys in and out just to get extended eyes on them, get them into your building and see how they respond. If you are going to tank, you might as well do some back-of-the-bench, unknown-gem scouting.
