I truly think this guy is going to be a Solid Plus bench piece over the next few seasons. Looking for him to take the majority of the DDV/Lamb/Jerome minutes next year.

I feel for the guy. Must suck being so excited to get drafted and then you never play.

If Otto porter Jr can start in the finals against the Celtics, moody will be just fine if he keeps working. Had great stretches defending wings last year and has a chip to show for it. Not many players ever get to be a part of something like that

I thought Moody was actually playing good before he was shifted out of the rotation by GP2.

I think he’ll get his fair share of playing time next season after Donte is gone

    with the new cap aprons

all lacob can do is use our own players and pay our own players

  6. It seems pretty likely that Moody will be traded in the offseason. It’s not clear what he brings versus someone coming in on a vet min. Yes, the development environment is shit but you navigate it by being stellar in the moments you’re put in. Honestly, this is the fairest way to approach things because you’re not wasting anyone’s time. Trade him to a team where he can play solid minutes.

Pains me that Lamb is in front of him in the pecking order and gets minutes over him.

Still really believe in him. He might have stuff to improve so Kerr let’s him play more but I think he’s going to be really effective in the next few seasons once he figures it out.

  9. I wonder if Kuminga and Moody will be traded or seek to play somewhere else with a more defined role and more minutes

Still plenty of time for him he’s only 20. Could hit his stride next season or 3-4 seasons down the road. Im a believer in Moody

Everytime he hits a shot I look at my coworker and do my Kerr impression “take a seat”

Man lacks the athleticism to be on the floor alongside multiple aging players. If Warriors had an elite drive and kick wing then you could park Moody on the perimeter and get easy looks. Which was exactly the case last season when Poole went off in the final 6 weeks.

I’ve never seen a fanbase so desperate to trade a 20 year old who costs $4M/year with three years left on his deal and a lot of promise.

He’s literally the perfect candidate to chill around the 9-10 man spot in the rotation and keep learning how to contribute.

  14. Moody is never going to be a rotation player in the nba. He doesn’t have enough lateral quickness.

In all honesty, Moody will probably be a huge part of the rotation next year when we lose DDV, so hopefully between now and next season he works on elevating his game. I think he should already be seeing more minutes this year, but he’s still raw with talent right now kinda like how Kuminga was the first few weeks/months of this season

needs to trust the process, he will learn the system-and become better because of that- and hopefully get more minutes next year.

As much as I’d like him to succeed here, I think he and Rollins should get traded. We need a true point guard for the 3rd string, more forwards, and a true big. We don’t need more shooting guards.
