  1. Kidd is the worse coach. Just start wood at power forward he averages 10 rebs one season like 9 another season the Mavs is stupid start wood. Who needs a sixth man big man when they have nobody at the position good. Plus bullock is a small forward start him or hardaway at the small forward. All those games they didn't start wood sad!!!!!!!!

  2. To sell tickets and jerseys – period. This was a short-term, money-move. Jason Kidd is clearly not the right fit for HC in Dallas.

  3. Back to madd dog the racist… Why does ESPN keep him… He offers nothing to the conversation and offers nothing to the network except another white face…

  4. Dallas has a better record when Kyrie DOESN’T play! Brooklyn had a better record when Kyrie DIDN’T play! You can talk stats all you want but its all about winning and losing and Kyrie has stated that winning isn’t that important to him. Stop making excuses for Kyrie’s failure.

  5. Giannis said after the Bucks won the championship that the team was not some Big Three creation – and I was so happy he said that – you get these superstars playing GM – the inept incompetent Dallas GM Nico Hamilton gives away Brunson and KP, does not bring in what the team really needs – a solid rebounder and rim protector – but instead guts the team for kyrie irving who is a poor defender and has zero chemistry with Luka – the GM did zero due diligence – tonight Seattle should score 150 points and win and kyrie who is now playing for a contract will score 35 meaningless points in a losing effort once again!

  6. They need a 3 and D wing and a center. Woods is good but really a 4. They need a big 5 like Drummond or something. Great rebounder or idk . 😂 maybe vuecic goes there but he don’t play defense either

  7. They got him because they're okay with paying him what he wants this off-season. They got him because Kyrie likely said he'd resign if they met his demands. Follow the money.

  8. I FOR ONE WILL BLAME THE GREAT KYRIE IRVING. Why? This man is a cancer to EVERY team he has played for. He is a parasite 🦠 sucking the fun out of the NBA as a whole. He is the poorest example of what an athlete is supposed to represent. The example he sets for our children who look up to athletes is about as poor as you can get. How ANY team would want Kyrie Irvin on their roster is beyond my comprehension. Why would you want a player(no matter how well he plays the game of basketball), to represent your brand. The negativity he brings to his team and the NBA is not worth the 30pts. 3assts. that he brings night in and night out. Excuse me, if I’m not mistaken, Kyrie is either injured or has some kind of personal issues that prevents him from playing almost EVERY season. Has their been a season where this guy has given his team and it’s fans a full season of play. Rarely. I for one cannot remember a season he has played over 80% of the games. Mostly, from my knowledge, it’s a far lower number than that. Is this what we want our children to look up to? Do we really want to reward a man of his character and loyalty? I say no way! Not my team! Not my child! Boston, Cleveland, Brooklyn and now Dallas. How many more stops will this man make before he’s destroyed the NBA. The game of basketball 🏀 is a better place without him. There’s NOTHING about this human being that brings positivity. Everything about him is negative. He gives up on his team, he gives up on his teammates, his fans, himself. A coward if you ask me. A lowly man that thinks too highly of himself. So YES, Kyrie Irving us to blame for the Mavs not making the playoffs. You can bet the ranch that Kyrie will not resign with the Mavs next season. He will play for the highest bidder. The Mavs made this move in good faith. Their mistake was believing Kyrie would show any kind of loyalty back. The Mavs have set themselves back 3-4 years by even getting involved with a player like Kyrie. This move by Mark Cuban has probably sealed the Mavs fate. They will be cellar dwellers next year. Will Luka consider staying for this fiasco once his rookie deal is complete? No way! All because of one man’s greed and lack of respect 🫡 for the game. Kyrie believe the world 🌎 is flat. No, the only thing that is flat is the teams energy he deflates the minute he steps foot in their building! The only thing that is flat is the flatline he produces as he kills franchise after fooking franchise. Kyrie is a joke. He’s selfish human being that doesn’t care about anything or anyone but himself. His energy runs off on the whole organization from top to bottom. His teammates despise him. As a fan of the game of basketball, I would not have this guy any where near my team. I don’t care how much he scores per game.

  9. Hypocrites in Jerry Springer sports media know they Mavericks are tanking to get their top ten protected draft picks. But they would rather bash Luka and Kyrie than tell the real problem. The real story is how bad the Mavs management has been in team building and why they’re in this situation.

  10. Judge a man not by what he says but what he does — and based on kyrie's behavior in Cleveland, Boston and Brooklyn – bailing on all three under negative circumstances – that is really who he is — and if I was an NBA team Owner or GM – there is no way i would sign a long term max contract with kyrie — as for Dallas, he is behaving because he has NO CONTRACT right now for next season – but once he does – he will miss tons of games and act out – that is his history

  11. Because Mavs were hitting the panic button after they blundered the Brunson free agency. From that moment onwards, Luka and the Mavs connection will have been a downward spiral.

The only saving grace is that if Kyrie resigns and they get to revamp this summer to regain all that defender wing depth they lost. Maybe they can bounce back and be huge threat again.
