Tim Hardaway Sr.’s thoughts about the Nets-Mavs trade
"That trade wasn't for them, what isn't broken doesn't need to be fixed. They're missing a leader out there. Luka is not a leader, Kyrie is not a leader."

Calling Spencer a good defender is funny he is average at BEST.
Losing DFS clearly has hurt them more then anything with his defensive versatility.
Kyrie has been awesome for the Mavs and Luka is awesome. Their coach sucks and the team is built so badly.
I hope after this season we don’t post any Kyrie stuff I could not care less, I want the Mavs to miss the playoffs cause fuck him but other then that idc.
In all honesty I couldn’t give less of a shit of what he thinks
Kyrie is like a horror movie where terrible things keeps happening wherever he goes but he’s totally innocent.
even though his house keeps coincidentally burning down people keep adopting this little shit
Why isn’t his son helping in any way?
What’s crazy is the Mavs are better when Luka doesn’t play and it’s just Kyrie and friends 😂 Mavs are in BAD shape
As a nets fan in dallas, it was so weird seeing both of my favorite team have heavy roster changes mid season to each other, but I also predicted the Mavs completely missing the playoffs the second that trade was announced. For the Mavs, Kyrie to Dinwiddie is a side grade at best. The whole gameplan for the Mavs is start Luka+Dinwiddie then stagger them till the last 5-8 minutes of the 4th where they play together. Dinwiddie is a better facilitating PG than Kyrie, so now when Kyrie + Luka are staggered, Dinwiddie would be the better addition to the team because the Mavs are absolutely loaded with catch and shoot 3 guys that space the floor. But, now with Kyrie + Luka on the court together, theoretically the team should be at an even better ceiling because that’s 2 *elite* scoring threats on the court together, but both of them excel at having the ball in their hands, meaning only one guy is gonna be of use at a time when playing together leaving the other essentially useless, while Dinwiddie is arguably better than Kyrie at catch and shoots, especially from the corner where I know Dinwiddie is. Now with all that it mind, now take in to consideration that if you choose Kyrie over Dinwiddie, you also lose DFS and draft picks. The Mavs are fucking idiots for making that trade.
