Guys, please no negativity. We could have thrown in the towel before the game started. But we didn’t!! Back to back after an OT and a long flight against a Clipper squad fully rested. We fought till the end!! The team will bounce back in the last 2 games! We need to support them not bring them down!

Who’s “we”. The only players I saw fighting were LeBron and Reaves

Thank you, this game was a scheduled loss. It happens and we’re still in a good position. A shame the warriors won yesterday or we’d be in great position right now. Just need to win out!

  3. danielmisir

Scheduled loss. Call it weak or whatever. Win the last 2.

This is the kind of support we need as fans, Bron in the second half fought for his life and for the lakers not to get slandered by haters. We clearly had some issues this game but i’m still positive in our capabilities to compete for a title. Let’s go Lakeshow

It’s the Lakers fault it went to OT last night when we were up 10 with 1:30 left.

This could be good, now we might get a Memphis-kings, first 2 rounds

Man I know in the long run this loss is gonna benefit us but damn I hate the clippers Can’t believe they’re 11-0 on us.

Lebrons second half was a bright spot at least.

He’s still got that gear he can switch to. Took on Kawhi as the primary defender for most of the half and scored 30 as well.

If the rest of the team + Ham can show in the postseason, we’ll be ok

  9. FlashFrozenBeans

Lakers tried. It was obvious they were gassed and the defense really struggled. Good effort in the 3rd though! On to the next one…

No slander towards the players. My gripe is with Ham and his lack of adjustments. Bamba was a DNP and Beasley was hot early but he chose to play DS and TBJ instead.

im not even mad about this L, the difference in this games were role players, you got players like powell and hyland with good games, but dennis and rui were really really bad, ad eas meh and lebron tried in the 2nd half

This post should be at the top. A back to back coming off an overtime win? We should be congratulating the team for gutting it out. Instead, almost all the other posts are dipshits complaining about the squad. Fuck em. Sick of these incel dipshits ruining the sub.

  13. its their 2nd loss in a while. Losing to clippers is kinda expected especially its b2b lets focus and getting the next 2

  14. Rapa_Nui

At the end of the day, it’s just basketball

  15. akgamestar

Fans on this sub are pathetic. It’s truly disgusting the stupidity they post during games. Seems half don’t actually support the team.

Appreciate this post, thanks OP! Good to see some positivity in a sea of negative comments.

  17. Didn’t see anything worrying about today tbh. Bron just started awful which led to a huge lead for them, clippers couldn’t miss from three in the 4th.

You just chalk that up as a L, hopefully Phoenix don’t play their guys on a Friday b2b 😂

Our fans are so shit the posts and comments I’m seeing are insane. If this was against any team besides the clippers everyone would be praising the fight they put in after 5 games in 7 days and a late night OT win the night before

Normally I disagree with the “no negativity” happy talk crowd but I agree here- it was good that we competed, and good that we went all-in to get the W last night. Tonight just wasn’t ours, but I still love where this team is.

  20. 100% agree. The team looked exhausted and still tried to compete. It sucks that we lost but it is what it is so move on to the next.

This was a scheduled loss. Last day back from a road trip and it’s a back to back at the end of the season against a very rested team. League got what they wanted

  22. lobatan_tunde

They players were really tired to be honest.
They couldn’t keep up on the perimeter.
    Nice game overall.

Tbh im not a big fan of Lebron but seein him tonite especially 2nd half I know he wants to win more than anyone

Cant wait too see this team in the post season

  24. ciribicorobo

I agree, let’s regroup and keep the hope alive.

  25. kodominator

Phil Jackson would always say playing the 2nd of a back-to-back is a scheduled loss. Important thing is the win in Utah keeps things afloat.

  26. kiboyski

The Lakers didnt fold the whole game in fact they won the 2nd half 66-54
