Celtics win, Bucks win… The top five in the East are locked.

1 – Milwaukee

2 – BOSTON

3 – Philadelphia

4 – Cleveland

5 – New York

Brooklyn magic # of 1 to be #6.

High probability know of Heat-Hawks in Miami Tuesday as the 7 vs 8 play-in, winner to Boston in round one.

Well we could still try to make sure to finish ahead of Denver.

We gon fucking dog walk Philly. I don’t mean to look ahead but that shit is gonna be hilarious lol

Our playoff path is probably going to be Heat -> Sixers -> Bucks. I’m confident vs all of them but the Sixers and especially the Heat are gonna wear us down before the ECF and that’s kinda worrying

Glad the standings are set, ready for the regular season to end. Bring on postseason basketball! Banner 18 incoming

Man I would love to play the Hawks in the first round

If we play the bucks I really hope we embarrass them their fans will have no excuses this time gotta make to them first of course

Khris Middleton left the Bulls game injured. Bucks fans already readying their excuses for when we send them home in the ECF

Playing the Heat in the first round is terrible and I’m scared.

Gonna be tough, but I’m dreaming of a Celts/Bruins double!

I’ve got no concerns about the Hawks. Might not be the worst thing to play the Heat. It can be good to be battle tested straightaway in the playoffs. Heat won’t go down easily against us.

This is what I found on tie breaker vs the nuggets. I guess it comes down to conference record even though we’re in different conferences? I don’t know, seems fishy to me. I bet it’s probably position within the conference (they are first and we are second).

Division leader over team not leading division

    Head-to-head record

Higher winning percentage within division if teams share a division

Higher winning percentage in conference games

Higher winning percentage vs. playoff teams in own conference

Higher winning percentage vs. playoff teams in other conference

Higher point differential (points scored vs. points allowed)

if we’re locked at #2, makes sense to rest our starters before the playoffs, and i’d also like to face the hawks in the first round, i prefer to not face the Heat

I’m just happy the Cavs and Bucks are on the other side of the bracket. The C’s can beat each one in a 7 game series but in consecutive series their length would be problematic
