Weird 3 part season. 1. Oct. 19–Dec. 6 a 14-10 record with a .583 winning % 2. Dec 8 (just after a turning point loss to Dallas)–March 3 (blowout of Memphis that 'clinched' the west) a 31-9 record with a .775 winning percentage and an astonishing 23-1 home record 3. March 6–April 4 (terrible loss to Houston) a 7-8 record with a .467 winning percentage. So for the first part of the season Nugs were a slightly above average team with a 49 win pace over 82 games. During the middle a world destroying team with a 64 win pace. Down the stretch? A weak team on pace for 38 wins. The Good Nuggets were 31-9. The Meh Nuggets have been 21-18. So who are the Nuggets? I honestly don't know.
Team reminds me of the first place Jazz of a few years ago. Making the 2nd round would be a miracle. This past month sums up the entire franchise for the 50+ year history.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Jokic quit playing American basketball. The racist crap that he’s had to put up with has made it impossible to have fun. He certainly doesn’t need the money. Having the entire national narrative go against him when he’s worshiped in Europe makes it a whole lot more palatable. I encourage him to tell the NBA and the fixed games to F off and go play for his country… The NBA doesn’t deserve the European talent if they can’t promote a 2 time MVP…
The only ppl that are concerned for the nuggets are the ppl who dont play basketball in real life on any level.. if u play any type of sport you understand everyday just ain’t your day.and u cant win on paper

Generational difference on another point, though. Most MVP voters–experienced people–don't appreciate whining and trash talk. Part of the reason Jokic won the last 2 MVP's is because he does none of that and just does crazy game things that do the talking for him. Anxiously posing and forcing things is what children like Embiid do.
If you want to hear that the nuggets will be ok Ryan is the guy to go to… regardless of reality…
Nuggets are not winning this year. Malone messed up huge by not going for the overall no1 seed. Lost all the good vibes, and both AG and KCP still look horrible, no one even got rest. Horrible coaching decision to end the season, from a coach that brings very little.
Why Malone acted like this team was the warriors is beyond me. Thwy havent won 💩so playing for kverall best record makes sense-to almost any coach, but somehow not Malone.
Time to bring in a coach that adds to the team instead of triggering the team. Think Bones and Bol….
