  1. If we get the second pick I would trade it to the Nets for Mikal Bridges. He fits us perfectly alone with Cade and Ivey. Scoot is what the rebuilding Nets need also.

  2. They can just rotate Ivey & Scoot from the bench and keep Cade at Point Guard.

Similar to what Isiah Thomas & Dumars did with The Microwave.

But, hopefully, Pistons will get Wembanyama and don't have to worry about any of that.

  3. I disagree with you Piston Talk. This is the same situation the Kings were in last year with Ivey and Murray. Murray was considered the player with the lower ceiling but he fit what they needed and now look the Kings are a top 3 seed in the West. Because they had added talented guard, after talented guard, and had to trade one because no matter how talented Haliburton is it did not fit with Fox and Mitchell. That's why they didn't draft Ivey. There has to come a time in the rebuild where you have to put a cohesive team on the floor that makes sense instead of just focusing on talent. The record doesn't matter at this point. From Casey's and Weaver's own mouths they have said it's time to start winning next season. The reason the team is losing isn't because of talent it's because it's a team full of 18-21 year olds, the team doesn't fit together as constituted, and the biggest factor the team has been without it's best player the whole season. Drafting Scoot essentially means Ivey is gone and the Pistons stay on this path of development/lottery. You don't want Scoot to play because if he doesn't start off well the value for him will drop. The question is how much do the Pistons believe in a core of Cade, Ivey, Miller, and Duren vs a core of Cade, Scoot, and Duren. Miller as is makes Cade, Ivey, and Duren better because he fits. Hopefully Detroit gets number 1 and don't even have to think about this.

  4. You draft for fit when you're a piece or two away from competing. You BPA when you're as bad as the Pistons are. Move Hayes, and keep a three-guard offense.

  5. Why couldn't you start Cade and Ivey with Scoot coming off the bench? Run a three guard rotation like the Pistons did with Isiah, Joe, and Vinnie. Move Killian.

  6. if you get the 2nd pic you draft scoot and play it out, in my eyes killian is the odd man out.

  7. We past the point of collecting random talent. Draft for fit! If miller the second coming of paul George hell have the same value as scoot. Theres a higher need for good forwards than it is for guards.

  8. When you have weaver you draft best available and trade around your roster to build the perfect mold of players

  9. Draft bpa at the top of draft especially. See who’s the best in a year or two and make trades from there

  10. For a second thought Lance was Jason Kelce, either way, it’s cool to hear Pistons fans! Subbed!

  11. Jaden is improving at a alarming rate, absolutely no need for scoot. Trade back and get another asset or draft miller out right. Miller is not only a great shooter but also a plus rebounder at small forward. Miller is the pick, if we trade back we still end up with Jarace, Ausar or Cam. All of which are better fits than scoot.

  12. You take the best player. When they start competing again there will be no more top 5 picks. This will likely be their last chance for top talent for some time and the pick has to be the BPA!

  13. Your Opinions are Trash. Cade hasn't done anything. Scoot could be better than Cade and Ivey. Scoot and Ivey could be a athletic backcourt. This about what's best for the pistons, not what's best for Cade
