It’s the Knicks, so no they can’t. They had a good season, but it will probably end in the first round of the playoffs.
I like what the Knicks have been able to do this season. Unlike 2021, this time I get the feeling that the marked improvement they've made is sustainable going forward. Whatever they do in this year's playoffs imo is just icing on top of a nice turnaround season.

Leon Rose has done a great job cleaning up the Knicks mess. They were 38 and 110 before he arrived and are 125 and 109 so far the last 3 seasons.
Last night we saw three of his first round picks the last 3 years go for 39, 36, and 32 points in Quickley, Grimes, and Toppin. I blasted Quickley at the beginning of the year writing I'm tired of his 39% nonsense and from December on he's around 49% and up to 45% for the season and Grimes can shoot and is big and defends at the 2 and Toppin when he gets a chance to play produces.
In the off season I'd look to see what the market is for Randle and move him. I'm tired of his anger, slowing the team down, shooting poorly and making ridiculous turnovers!
Not all stats are the same. Randle's 25, 10, and 4 is flawed and he makes 28 million! I'd see if the Knicks can find a sucker and get more assets!
