I’m not worried about Bron, I’m worried about the rest of the team. Everyone had an off night. Here’s to hoping OT + the b2b were the only reasons they were so off. Still though, coaching is one of the biggest concerns moving forward

  2. Kanajeji

I actually agree. That second half was crazy.

  3. GreekCavalier

I had the exact same thought as Nick. The glimpses of playoff LBJ are more important than the W tbh.

  4. CryptoNite90

I usually find Nick very cringy with his biased LeBron takes but today I agree. LeBron balled the fuck out last night in the second half. I mean just think about it, they had a shiity ass flight and got back to LA late, Bron just got back last week after missing more than a month, oldest player on the court, playing back to back after just dropping 30+ with a game winner in OT, and he still looked like the best player on the court last night ?

Give us a healthy team, aggressive AD, and playoff mode Bron

    I’ll run it against anyone

  6. antihateguyy

I agree. Lakers were meant to lose this. The fact they came roaring back after down almost 30 shows they are LEGIT. If you only learn something from your wins you will never be great.

  7. MazKhan

That 2nd half reminded me of 2018 playoff Bron, straight dominance and locked up kawhi as well

  8. RemmiusPalaemon91

Lol can we please slow our fucking roll and make it to the playoffs first

  9. OneirionKnight

Clippers had multiple days to rest and game-plan, Lakers coming off a tough win with barely any opportunity to plan something for the Clippers. This loss isn’t worrying

The bench inconsistency is to blame. Much as I like Reaves starting, unless Ham finally figured out how to stagger the bench & starters nothing will change. Reaves was the heart of the bench and starting has affected them quite a bit. Ham needs to be better with rotations in general. DNPing Bamba or not playing Rui won’t win hs games

That trade and being 1 in defense since then is what turned this season around. Last night it was piss poor.

  12. Resident_Frame

The only guy I’m truly worried about is fucking Ham, which is scary.

you can call it copium but you could see the effects of the road trip. a lot of shots were left short. combine that with the clippers having 4 days to game plan specifically for this game (evidenced by ty lue saying zubac was going to single cover AD, and then having kawhi guard him and late doubling), it was always going to be tough. it sucks that the lakers will most likely be in the play in game, but if they take care of business, i’m confident in how they match up against any team in a 7 game series.

I’m not worried at all. I believe we just ran out of gas. 4 games in 6 days is a lot Athen to go up against a good team that has had 3-4 days of rest… that was the outcome. If the rolls were reversed I think we would of been the team up 20 and win comfortably. Let’s get this dub against the Suns tomorrow and Jazz on Sunday.

Let the chips fall where they may. Still a chance to get 6th seed if we win out.

I don’t need Nick to tell me what’s up. We have a solid team. Lakers still own Los Angeles no matter how many games the Clippers win. Let’s get this win on Friday!

I wouldn’t put much weight into any analysis this guy has to offer. Pretty sure he’s the most gung-hoe Lebron dick rider of them all.

  17. ShikaMoru

When it comes to picks of this show evidence has pushed me to go more anti Broussard than Pro Wright.

  18. No-Equipment-20

Nick Wright isn’t a great source of wisdom but he’s right. The first half was the worst I’ve ever seen Lebron, and the second half was some of the best we’ve seen this season

  19. Reaves needs to come off the bench, without him the second unit does not function anywhere near as well

  20. jobeeeeeeem

Haven’t seen the game last night only checking the boxscores since i was out watching JW4. They started off slow which i get since they are playing b2b and technically just got back from the road trip. They fought and had runs but looks like tired legs got in to them. If this was the team prior to the deadline, they were probably down by 20 and never had a chance.

  21. LuminaTitan

That was a major concern: that there wouldn’t be enough games remaining for Lebron to come back and get himself up to speed before the playoffs. In that regard, the intensity of the game (especially the 2nd half) could be a positive in accelerating his playoff readiness, both physically and mentally.

  22. Anthonyrrxd

Im worried about our Backup to AD. Wenyen got eaten alive hes just not big enough to handle a lot of Centers and Darvin Scam seems to not want to integrate Mo Bamba this late into the season. Feels like AD is going to have to play insane minutes to keep the backup off the floor.

  23. Rapa_Nui

12-14 on the second night of a back to back and in the second half is insane.

I think he knew they weren’t going to win but his ego kicked in
