He is a real gem, a great acquisition for the future. One of the important things is becoming durability, and the body type and strength is going to be important with the grind and injury situation. Thatâs why I look Talen also, two big strong guards that appear to be pretty durable at this point. I think we have four really strong core pieces to the puzzle, and Dunn appears to be a really solid pooping guard option to continue to develop and regain his swagger and confidence. The season has been a smashing success in my view, as it has surpassed everyoneâs preseason expectations. The competitiveness and fight in the Laker game was wonderful to watch. No one likes losing, but entertaining to watch, this team is one of the best ever, and we are positioned to do well in the draft with experienced management to select and or deal. So far, so good, a fun and interesting year.
The jazz has certainly kept the whole nba on high alert đ¨ The whole season is fun for those playing their games and viewing things from the gm perspective. Most fans are casual so they may not appreciate all these trades and contracts as they just want to be entertained. The jazz played hard and have been entertaining though some feel let down. No doubt the jazz couldâve won more and made the post season. It wasnât necessary to make mid season trades like conley vando beasley and nawâŚ.also let Westbrook go and wouldâve benefited playing him if they wanted post season. Not saying it was always about losing or winning but more so what gm want which is cap space. Cap space should be a video podcast dave where you explain how gm use cap space.
Cba will have some new rules and that is where most get lost except for those that love their games and being a gm. The numbers start to matter and how you run a business of this type.
Imo the nba benefited by the jazz moves with it software gaming partners. Big business these games âŚ.
Ochai is a gem đ but not being into the hype Dave. The real benefit to ochai will be as he ages and develops his body. His body frame will change and could be useful to him. He has skills but one also needs a fully developed nba body much like a Lebron. Think young Lebron vs mature. That dude has developed a body that can last.
Malone did that too. Needs more time in the gym and the off-season could be the difference maker for him if he cares about long term.
Really like what Dunn brings and how talen is growing. Talen can be a great pg. Talen may be young and inconsistent but he can ball more often then not.
Also need to do a video in parts on Clarkson. He will opt out and things will get interesting. Love to have discussion on his value and future contract and fit.
Have no issue with Clarkson staying or going. The reality is itâs an open question so discuss it.
Another player that needs to be look at is Damian Jones. That guy shooting lights out from the outside. Could he be a future role player?
Nice the jazz can score but we also need some defense. That is a team concept and stats matter as a team on that end.
I absolutely love the way Ochai Agbaji is playing for our jazz I think he has something special for the Utah Jazz and I think he is definitely getting better at playing defence and playing better offensive and his 3pt shots are definitely improving â¤

Would it have been better to make the play in and beat the Timberwolves in the Play in? đ And then lose the second play in? (I feel like it's a dumb question, maybe more of just wanting to be in the play in and it somehow benefiting us)

One of the things that makes Clay and Steph so dangerous is they both catch and shoot off of movement. Guys with pure shots who can run off screens are deadly.
