ben simmons might’ve been playing 4d chess for philly by tricking atlanta into investing $125 million and 5 years into john collins, and by making the hawks think they were one trade away from contention (dejounte, barf).
if collins’ 3 point shooting doesn’t recover to his 2020 and 2021 levels, that contract is going to hurt them. saddest part of this is that john collins with below-average 3pt shooting still has a better contract than tobias.
